I don't know if you would count this as a dream match since technically this did happen. But we don't know who won. It would have been pretty amazing if we had seen this happen. I would have loved it.
I think Jounouchi would win just this once though.

This would be a nice match seeing as they are friends and have also trained together.
Killua would win cause it's been said he is stronger than him in the series.

What makes this battle even more interesting is that each of their own creators had a rivalry while Masashi was still drawing.
I think Naruto will win but luffy's story isn't over yet so that could change.
