Oh wow! You've really found something golden now! Welcome to a book of my Wings of Fire fantribes! There are way too many of them, and I've decided to document them (finally)
The GemWings and StoneWings are considered by many to be of the same tribe, simply different variations of one basic design. They often interbreed, but still have two distinct varieties. Most StoneWings are male, and most GemWings are female, though it is not uncommon for vice versa. GemWings and StoneWings are built very similarly, so this may be true. They live together under the surface of Jandi in a place called the Caverns.
GEMWINGS
Description: look like they're made of crystals in any color under the sun; some scales can change color or glow; large spikes running all along the spine; considered the same species as StoneWings
Abilities: can see in the dark; use color change scales as camouflage; some can shoot lava, fire or crystals from their mouths; all are very strong; turn to stone when they die, but as long as Core is undamaged, they can come back
Leader: Queen Sapphire
Alliances: the StoneWings and StormWings

STONEWINGS
Description: look like they're made out of stone and rock; thick skin that protects them from danger; large spikes running all along the spine; considered the same species as GemWings
Abilities: can see in the dark; use hard scales as protection; some can shoot lava, fire or crystals from their mouths; all are very strong; crumble when they die, leaving only the core behind
Leader: Queen Sapphire
