Corny but Sweet (Kise Ryouta x Ayumi {OC})

"Ayumi-cchi~! Could you wait up for a moment?"

"Kise-kun? Sure. Why though?"

"I need to ask you some really important questions. Is that ok?"

"Uhmm. Yeah. Sure. Why not?"

"Well, I've been wondering for a while but... do you have a boyfriend???"

"Eh???"

"I'm sorry. It's an awkward question to ask. You don't have to an--"

"No. I don't."

"Really!? Then... would you be interested in going out with me?"

"Eh!? Is this a--"

"I'm serious, Ayumi."

"Kise..." that was the first time he's ever called me without an honorific. And it's the first time I've ever seen him so serious outside of basketball... I really feel like I'm being played... we're not even that close but--

"Let me ask you again. Will you be my girlfriend?"

Staring into his eyes, I saw how serious he was. But there was one thing that was bothering me.

"Why me? There's a lot of other girls who are pretty and more talented than I am. Also, I don't know if I can trust you since you've went out with tons of other girls. No offense or anything but--"

"I never asked out a girl before, to be honest. I only 'went out' with them 'cause they kept bugging me. You're the first one I've ever wanted. I've got it bad for you so just let me make you mine."

I began to blush. "I'd be happy to... to be your... well... you know."

His eyes widened. A look of shock and happiness apparent on his prince-like face. "Really!? I'm so happy Ayumi-cchi!!!" He said as he spun me around. I could literally feel waves of happiness radiating off of him.

"Hahaha~"

~Next Day~

"Kise-kun~~~ there you are~ Kasamatsu-senpai was loo--"

"Ayumi-cchi~ Here~" he said as he handed me a box of chocolates.

"Eh? You shouldn't have! Now I feel bad since I didn't get you anything. Is there anything you want?"

He grabbed my waist and whispered huskily in my ear, "I already got what I want." We looked into each other's eyes for a moment. "Hahaha. So corny~" he said, breaking the *ahem* serious atmosphere.

"Hahaha, not really~ it's actually really sweet."

"Really?"

"Corny. But still sweet~"

He embraced me once again, completely enveloping me into his arms so that was no space between us. "Haha~ I love you, Ayumi-cchi~"
