THE LOCAL NEWS HAS BEEN FLOODED WITH stories about Adeline Cooper's return to Riverdale. It is with happiness and relief, that I, her mother, can confirm this information. Adeline disappeared from Riverdale when she was only fourteen years old. My sweet daughter had accomplished so much at such a young age. She was at the top of her class when she graduated from middle school. She was the head reporter in her school's newspaper, on the cheerleading team, and was just overall an exemplary student. She was looking forward to her first day of high school, and unfortunately it was robbed from her. Never again, will I let anything bad happen to her. She was the sweetest kid you could ever run into. She was always looking for a way to lend a hand. She just wanted the best for our small town and its people. She still sets that example, even after everything bad that has happened to her.

Her return home has shocked the town. It has shocked our family even more. I always had hope that she would come back. I had hope that she was out there somewhere. Not once did I stop believing and praying for her safe arrival. With all that said, I know that many of you reading this have one question left to ask: "where has she been?" That is the question that has been haunting us all along, ever since the day she disappeared. To answer truthfully, it cannot be revealed just yet. Her case is still open, and under investigation. There will be justice served. It has been a dark time for our town, but hopefully this will shed some light. The truth comes out, it always does.
i wanted to do something cool and give some background into adeline's past so hopefully this did that a bit. also, i know jason was 17 when he died but i decided to age him down since the age timeline doesn't make any sense in the show. like if he was 17, then so is Cheryl and yet she's still in high school throughout the entire show? makes no sense. so yeah, a lot of stuff will be changed in this story. IT WILL NOT DIRECTLY FOLLOW THE SHOW. thank you for reading 💗💗
