Mattia pov:
after that deal we agreed on with the parkers we went back tot he house. i was tired of meetings i need a to relax and the first thing that came to mind was Y/n. i texted her.

messages to y/n:
m: hey beautiful;)
y/n: hey
m: wanna meet up at our usual spot??
y/n: not tonight
m: why?
y/n: busy
m: come on bbg

she just left me on read. i was never left in read, she has no idea who i am how is she not threatened by me every one is.
"ALEJANDRO" i yell from my room
"what?" he says walking in
"track a phone number for me" i say looking up at him
"what's the number" he asks
"(a random number)" i say getting up from bed
i waited in my room for what felt like hours but it's only been ten minutes. i gasp in frustration
"here" as says walking in as i rush to take the paper from him
"woah" he says lifting the paper up before i could grab it
"who's this person we need to see so bad" he says with a girly voice
"GIVE ME THE DAMN PAPER ROSARIO" i say in annoyance
"damn ok here" he says with a questionable look on his face

i walk out to my car and read the address.

Y/n POV:
i walk barefoot feeling the grass under my feet. i walk up to the grave stone. i drop down to my knees with tears rolling down my eyes
"thank you kevin you can leave" i say with my cracked voice
"it's ok i'll stay i'll wait in the car"he says with a soft voice
"no i want you to leave" i say coldly
"but who's gonna dri-" he says with a worried expression on his face as i cut him off
"JUST LEAVE OK I CAN TAKE CARE OF MYSELF IM THE DAUGHTER OF ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL MAFIA LEADER" i say looking at him with a deadly look.
"ok call me if you need anything" he says calmly
i don't say a word as i sit looking at the grave stone not moving a muscle. i hear his car turn on and drive away. i sit there and crying uncontrollably and i remember every detail.
"i'm sorry" i say to the grave stone
"i wasn't there for you" i say as i punch the floor
"i picked him over blood and he left"
i felt a breeze hit my face as it calmed me down.
"im feeling something for him" i say to the grave stone
"but i promised you i would never fall for that bull shit" i exclaim
"never again brother"

i hear a car approach i don't bother to turn around. i get my gun ready as i hear footsteps
"hey" i hear a familiar voice
i look up as i see who i wasn't expecting
"you need to leave" i shouted with my eyes wide open
"have you been crying" he asks ignoring what i just said
" leave" i repeat
" no" he says with a blunt look on his face
"i wasn't asking you" i exclaim in annoyance

he looks down at the name written on the grave stone. that read Luciano Valentino
"father?"he asked
he couldn't know i was a Valentino for my protection and his own so i lied.
"boyfriend" i say
"oh" he says with a sad look on his face
"sorry" he says
i just nod

Mattia POV:
hmm valentino sounded familiar i could put my finger on it.
"can we get out of here" she says
i nod as she grabs my hand and walks to the car
"wanna tal-" i say before she shut me down
"just drive me to a restaurant so i can get food" she says
"which one" i ask
" a diner" she says bluntly
i drive to a diner she gets off and says
"thanks for the ride" she walks off and i stop her
"what you thought i was gonna leave you?" i give her a funny look
"oh ok" she says surprised

we walk into the diner and we look way over dressed.
the waitress seats us at a booth and give us menus
"i'll give you guys a minute" she says politely
i grab the menu and look through it as i see y/n stare out the window with sadness written all over her face . a few minutes have passed and the waitress comes back
"can i start you off with any drinks?" she asks taking a pen out of her pocket
"chocolate milkshake" y/n says still staring out the window.
"i'll take your cheeseburger with fries and a pink lemonade" i say smiling
"i be right back with your drinks" she smiles while walking away

our dinks and my food arrives and y/n has still not looked at me and has not said a word.
"what's wrong" i ask
"i betrayed him" she mumbled
"how" i ask
she stays quite i don't want to force her to talk so i drop it.
"are you gonna finish that"i ask pointing at the milkshake
"no i'm allergic to chocolate" she says staring out the window
"so why did you order it" i say curiously
"you'll see when your done with you food" she says

after about ten minutes i finish and i call the waitress over for the check. i pay for it and y/n finally looks up at me.
"i'm sorry" she says while picking up the milkshake
she pours it all over the floor with a smirk on her face. i just look at her in curiosity, the waitress comes back and was about to tell her something but before she could y/n interrupted
"thank you sweet heart well be leaving now" she says with a smirk on her face
she gets up and grabs my hand and we walk out
"what was that for?" i ask a little surprised
"i said sorry in advance" she says
"yea bu-" i try to say but she put a finger over my mouth
"look i know why i did it well leave it at that, here btw" she says pulling out 10 dollars and handing them to me.
"no it's fine just explain please" i say with a harsh voice as she gets in the car.
"i can't ok i just can't" she says with tears starting to form

i had to admit this girl was different and i loved it.
