Definitely Cole. He'll be at a store and think 'Jay would like this' and Jay would always be confused on why Cole gets him so much stuff.

Jay. That's it Jay always falls asleep.

I think it would go something like this
Cole: Has anyone seen my shirt? *has no shirt on*

Jay. Ok so Jay works on inventions all the time and Cole says "Don't stay up all night" when walking past him. Then Jay comes to bed at 4 in the morning and Cole's like "I told you to not stay up all night"

5: Which one tries to make food for the other but burns it all by accident and which one tells them that it's okay and makes them both cookies?
Cole. It's canon, Cole can't cook for shit. Then when Cole burns the cookies for the 5th time. Jay's like "It's ok. I'll help you".

6: Which one reads OTP prompts and says "Oh that's us!" and which one goes "Eh, not really"?
Jay: reads something on the internet. "Cole this is totally us" *shows Cole*
Cole: reads it. "I don't see the connection"
Jay: Are you kidding?

Jay steals Cole's hoodies all time.
Cole: "Has anyone seen my hoodies. I can't find any of them"
Jay: wearing one right now. "Yeah so spooky"

Cole does. Then Jay calls and asks "You got my ice cream right?," and Cole face palms and drives back to the store.

Cole drives. He doesn't trust Jay driving. But Jay always gets distracted and then Cole asks "When do I turn?," then Jay answers "Oh you passed it". Jay isn't a good navigator.

Cole: jokingly says "Paint me like one of your French girls"
Jay: "Ok just lay there for like 2 hours"

Nether of them have a sibling. But in my own AU Jay has an older sister and it would go something like this.

Cole does. One time Jay tried to but he had to raise his arm up and stand on his tip toes. After that Cole just holds it.

Jay wants to go to Disney Land. Cole bought them tickets to Disney Land for a week. Jay took like a billion pictures.
