Vampires don't exist. They've diminished to fables that are told to children who stay out too late, but there are days where some stories turn into murders. Therefore, their extinction was crucial in South Korea. Superstition led to riots and a nationwide crisis, leading to all supernatural beings to become bounties declared by the government.

The government declared for every capture of any supernatural being: so nights had early curfew, and people turned against each other from suspicion. Those who were captured and murdered were charged with cannibalism (vampires). Cannibalism became the biggest crime for vampires had a prominent population in South Korea.

Torture mechanisms were used against those who were deemed dangerous to the public. It scared those who barred fangs, but it created safety to human citizens. A decade later, cannibalism disappeared either from fear or the extinction of vampires from killings.

Though vampires don't exist. Their bloodlines still survive.
