Kylo's POV
It's been about another month since gaining another galaxy and life has mellow as it can get for two killers.
I decided that I was going to propose tonight. I was ready to tie the knot. Our relationship has been stronger than ever.
I made the ring out of my grandfather's helmet and a kyber crystal. I was planning on going classic and asking her a tonights dinner.
"My love I have planned something special for us," I whispered in her ear wrapping my arms around her.
"Really?" Rey asked turning around.
"Yeah, follow me," I said as I guided her to the throne room where I set up the date. I thought why not ask her where we really began.
"Sit down, my dear," I motioned pulling a chair out for her and pushing it when she sat. I rushed to my seat and opened a bottle of dark red wine.
When dinner was brought out Rey's eyes widened, under the steel dome was her favorite. A plate of Tilapia (A type of fish) with a side of roasted green beans and couscous rice. A/N: This is one of my favorite dishes.
"Dig in," I said and we did just that.
"So what's the occasion?" Rey asked after a good minute.
"Well, I was thinking we never get to have dates, and that we should spend some quality time together," I said leaving out the biggest part of the night, the proposal.
"I also have a surprise planned," I added. I bought a few porgs for her to divert the proposal so when the porgs are brought out while shes turned around I would get ready and get on my knee.
"And when do I get to know the surprise?" she asked almost taunting me to spill.
"Right now," I said gesturing to the stormtroopers bringing in a cage with the porgs.
While her eyes lit with excitement and her attention was on the porgs I hopped down on one knee and waited for her to turn around.
"Thank- Oh...OH!" she shouted when she turned around and realized what was going on.
"Kario Ren, Rey of Jakku, my love will you do the honor of marrying me?" I asked pleading.
"YES!" She shouted.
"YES!" I shouted as I slide the ring on. I was now standing when Hux rushed in and said there has been a breach in the far-right wing of the ship.
"You have got to be kidding me!" I said as Rey ran to get changed to her uniform.
