Ryan has no parents and lives alone in an apartment that his aunt bought for him since she needed to take care of him hut she hates children very much.
He sometimes dressed up as a girl because some days he felt like one.
He doesn't mind if you say he/him since he was born as a boy. Ryan would love it if you say they/them to him but as I mentioned he doesnt care if you say he/him or She/her.
