From then on, Alexander has raised the bar in his matches proving to be a tru G.O.A.T in the wrestling industry. And, this is when Cedric's life changed forever. Cedric Alexander was told that he was a challenger in the WWE Cruiserweight Tournament to crown the first ever WWE 205 live Cruiserweight Champion. Cedric had pulled off the first win in his first round match, but overcame a big obstacle in his second. Cedric's opponent was none other than Kota Ibushi. It was then that the two of course put on an outstanding performance and wowed the crowd. Although, Alexander came short as Kota Ibushi delivered a Kamigoye right to the jaw of Alexander. Although when the match was over, Alexander was left in tears with the WWE Universe chanting ¨Please Sign Cedric¨. It was then that The Game Triple H came out to congratulate Cedric for putting on such a good match.
