On August 29th on the episode on Monday Night Raw, Cedric Alexander was announced as a part of the new 205 Live division. Alexander made his debut on September 19, submitting to Brian Kendrick. Although, despite his loss, Alexander quickly made his way back to the top of the Cruiserweight Division. One Night he had won a fatal four way to become the Number 1 contender against Drew Gulak to the Cruiserweight title. So on that night Alexander made his presence, and became THE NEW WWE CRUISERWEIGHT CHAMPION!
