Chapter 10:
{Astrid's POV}I stumbled my way though the forest holding the axe in my hands. It already has blood on it due to some encounters with creatures also known as dragons.
All that was going through my head was Hiccup and James. I know they'll never understand why I had to leave, but I'm doing the right thing. It's best for them, me and the future.
There were sounds of the waves crashing into the rocks and going on repetitively, a couple of owls were communicating to each other and 'hooing' like no tomorrow.
'I have to make it by day' I thought.
My eyes were getting really heavy and I started to walk slower.
A Deadly Nadder was slowly creeping up to me, sashaying its way around me waiting for the right time to jump at me. It steeped on a twig and snapped and it made me jump scared.
I now felt very awake now, looking around in the dark to see what was moving.
Eventually the dragon jumped at me. I quickly ducked as it rolled across and into a tree. I threw my axe and it directly hit its chest.
The Nadder moaned and took it's last breath. I grabbed the axe from the Nadder's chest and cleaned it a little, and then I gave way and fell to the ground, and I slipped into a deep sleep and I started to dream about the day when the woman told me my future...
Chapter 11:
{Astrid's POV}The dream went like this:
~~~~~~~~~~
"Would you like to tell me your future?" The woman asked.
I nodded in agreement.
The woman smiled and continued. "Well it goes like this."
She placed her hands on top of my head, then after a while, she took them off, her eyes look scared and worried.
"What's wrong?" I asked
Her face went pale and she froze.
"I'm sorry." The woman said.
"Sorry about what?" I asked.
"Your future, is very bad," She stated.
"Your child will learn something about himself, but it will take a turn for the worst and your husband won't be able to help. There's fire, blood, pain."
I stood there in fear.
"You three are in terrible, terrible danger." The woman added.
"A tear ran down my face. "What can I do?"
The woman started to fade away. "Listen to your heart, it will tell you what to do."
Eventually she disappeared into the thin air.
I stood there crying.
'I know what I have to do.'
Chapter 12:
{Astrid's POV}I woke up crying, but I had to continue.
The Nadder next to me is now full of flies and maggots eating it's flesh as the dragon started to decay.
'I know Hiccup and James must be worried. But if I go back, we will die. As long as I'm there they'll find out about James and his Witchcraft and kill us all, even Stoick. But if I'm far, far away then the premonition won't become a reality.
I finally made to the back docks and walked down and found a boat, but a dragon popped out of the boat and started attacking me.
I quickly grabbed my axe and threw it at one of it's eyes. The axe pierced itself in the dragons eye and blood was flowing out as the dragon fell into the ocean. I bolted to the corpse and grabbed the axe out of it's eye before it sank, and then the dragon disappeared into the water.
I sighed in relief and hopped on the boat, then I detached it from the docks and then sailed off.
'I hope they're okay.' I thought.
