Freedom , Fate , and Power

Ch 9

An ice ball misses Venus's head when  she dodges it then teleports behind the clansmen then sweeps their legs as then formed a ice dagger just as they hit the ground. She launches out and stabs then through  their head . She stands up fully as another clansmen ran at her with a staff as they swing at her side as she jumps over it then flips to the other side of them as they quickly change their attack and swings at her head. Venus chuckles then flips back then smiles as purplish  black smoke flows out her mouth then they dashes at her then throws a side kick as she kicked it then pulls them closer as her face was inches away from theirs as she smirks as the clansmen looks at the girl then Venus kills them by flowing purple flames into their face . The clansmen  screams as Venus tosses them to the side by their leg then walked closer to the entrance where some laid dead , limbs missing , slashed, and burned . Venus then reaches the large wooden doors then waits for a second as she heard screams then a small roar and then a snap. Venus then heard steps then looked to her side just to see Opal covered  in blood and held a head in her mouth . Venus smiles and said to the dragon " I just feed you before we left and you're still hungry "  Opal whined then shook her head as blood went all over the place . Venus sighed then said " I'm going to sneak inside , when I need you I'll let you know , so I guess  you can do whatever  you want but be nearby . " Opal look up at her then nods and runs off . Venus then slowly opens the wooden double doors as they squeaked when they came open . Venus slowly walked inside as it was dark but the candles lit up the place . Venus walked around then place then met with a set of stairs. She looked up then she decided  to teleport to the next floor then looked at the two way hallways . Venus looked down both seeing both were empty . She comes with the conclusion and goes to her left . She walks around as he looks at the statues and paintings on the wall , mist resembled war and history she wasn't  sure about . She continued then stops when a door comes open and a boy walks out in his sleep wear as he looked as he stayed up many nights from the eye bags . Venus didn't  have a choice but to kill them but when they turned their head she was in sudden shock at their face . Deakung,  but she killed him , but this boy looked like him with the exception of the hairstyle he had . The  boy looks in shock was about to react but Venus makes a purple portal and pushes him inside as he falls out in his room . Venus shuts the door to the room and plants her hand on the door as the door now glows a purple color . " To prevent  him from getting out , who is this boy , he looks like Deakung.... that's not the current  reason as he'll soon join Deakung but I must continue of why I'm really here " she said quietly but in a calm stern voice . Then she walks away from the door and heads further down but this time with more caution as anyone else was to walk out their rooms . She then reaches a door at the end as it was open . She walks then speaks as it was a large room with shades of white and blue . She quietly walks in and looks around to see no one was inside.  She walks deeper into the room and examines the place then the door shuts behind her then a deep voice spoke " You shouldn't  had come here " Venus turns around  and stares at them and said " I came all this way just to visit you...Sub zero " then she swing her arms out as ice shoots out her hands as Sub zero does it right back as the two attacks clash and makes an explosion. Sub zero moves out the way then ice slides at Venus then uppercuts her into the air then makes an ice hammer and slams it into her stomach . Venus gasped then fies and it's the window as it shatters but she doesn't  go through the window but fall on the floor . Venus then stands as Sun zero charges at her as she makes an ice wall as Sub zero stomps hard on the wall as ice shard shoots up out the ground but though the ice wall making it shatter . Sub zero just for Venus to freeze him place then Venus kicks him out the ice prison and into the wall . Before Sub zero leaned up off the wall , Venus runs over and makes a staff and stabs it through his stomach and into the wall . Sub zero yells in pain as Venus looks at him then said " I learned so much from you Sub zero , now I test what I learned  on you " Sub zero winced then looks at Venus with a glare and asked " Just to kill me with what I taught you , it saddens  me just to see you turn into another Frost " Venus smiles then say " Don't compare to that foolish robot of your once student. I'm much stronger than her and even you " Then grips the staff and shockingly crushes it . Sub zero pulls himself out as Venus backed away then holds her head in pain . Sub zero place his hand over his wound as Venus groans in pain as her head started to hurt as an red aura escapes from her body the she yells as an explosion  of red aura flares leave her body  and she collapses onto her knees. Venus groans then looks up at Sub zero who looked down at her as she felt guilt then said " I'm so sorry...I didn't mean to hurt you..." then slowly  leaned up as Sub zero looks at her then asked " Then why did you come here ? " " To visit...and get away from my father " Venus said as Sub zero sighs and asked " He still kept you there after all these years ? " " Sadly  yes that's why I wish I never was his child ! I never asked for this ! I would had been better dead...just like my mother wanted me to " Venus said in anger then she looked down glaring . Sub zero walked over then placed his free hand on her shoulder and spoke "  dobt speak those words upon yourself  Venus this is not your fault " " But the destruction  of Outworld is....I EVEN KILLED DEAKUNG!!!! " Venus yelled as Sub zero looked at her in shock then was about to speak till Opal roars and flies into the room and runs over to Venus and pulls her leg in panick. Venus looks down and asked " What is it ? " Then a green portal appears behind her as Venus looks back in shock as Quan Chi slowly  walks out . Sub zero glares as Quan Chi said " Just by the look of you my spell did wear off on you Venus " Venus fully turns to Quan Chi and said coldly " And I'm thankful that I am not your pet ! You control me just to listen to you as it slowly weared off when I almost died after the fight with Lauren ! " Quan Chi then say " to you run to Sub zero , he won't save you from what I have install for you " Venus then got upset then teleports behind her father  as she was going to attack him but he smiles then snaps his fingers as green chains appear and wrap around Venus limbs , chest , and neck  . Sub zero then attacks Quan Chi waves his hands in a swift motion as Sub zero stopped his attack as his eyes started to glow green with green and purple flares moving around his head , Quan Chi had him under a mind control  spell. Opal growls then roars then a wave of purple flames flies at Quan Chi as he makes a wall of green energy skulls to block the flames . Opal then stopped as she opens her mouth as a purple ball forms into her mouth then a purple beams flies out and hit the skull but leaves a dent . Venus struggles as Quan Chi turns and looks at her daughter and said " I've been creating new and stronger spells and will test them out you . " Venus glared as Quan Chi sticks out his hand in front  of Venus head as it started to glow red and black as a energy mist flows over to her as she struggles harder then moves her way but there was not point of it . The energy mist then goes in her her mouth and nose as then she screamed extremely loud as the clan who were sleep woke up and went to see what was going on . Venus moved harder into the green energy chains as her eyes started to glow red as of before he used a spell on her but this time her body turns black with glowing red marking on her body then they glow purple . Venus yelled as her hair turned a glowing red and purple as goes for her eyes . Opal stops and whines and moved back as a wave of red and purple light flies all over the room then blows out the window . Quan Chi smiled as Venus goes back to her normal skin color but her hair remains red as so her eyes . The chains fades as Venus fall on the ground on her hand and knees . Then slowly got up . Venus looks at her father with a stern stare as Quan Chi snaps his fingers as Sub zero was freed from the spell then look as Venus changes . Sub zero then makes and ice sword and attacks Quan Chi as he just stood as Venus dashes at Sub zero and as her skin color turn black with black smoke like aura leans her body then red markings appeared on her body then her eyes and hair started to glow brightly. Sub zero then swings her sword at her as a red chain comes out her back and wraps around his arm then swing him into the wall then let's go . Sub zero then shots ice shards at her as she she took the hit then another chain comes out  her back as the two flies as Sub zero and wraps tightly  around his arms and lifted him into the air as Venus forms a red energy ball out her left hand then crushed it . Sub zero glared then looked at Quan Chi and said coldly " Why do this to her ! " " What I do with her is none of your business, I  know I can make her reach her full potential,  this is just a phase I created for her , and this spell won't wear off like the other . " " You just enslaving her and turning her into a monster ! " Quan Chi then ignored him as Venus then make the chains swing Sub zero down into the floor harshly  where it knocked him out . The chains then fade into nothing she goes back into her normal form as Quan Chi makes a portal and said " We're leaving Venus " Venus then walk away and walks over to her father then they both enter the portal. Opal whined then walked over to Sub zero and laid her head on his chest and waited for him to wake up .
