Quirk; Ice Breath.

To use Ice Breath, Ketsu must inhale a great amount of water vapor to quickly turn into ice to exhale. A downside is very quickly he will begin to cough up blood and cause his lungs to bleed.

Ketsu is very physically strong, but after a rough battle he can be very weak and pale. He has an older sister who helps to create gear for proheros because of how sickly he gets using his quirk.

His mother died from complications of an illness when he was 10. His father works very hard to balance his work and home life to give Katsu the parent he needs.
