The titles of my short stories are formatted as such:

Title (end/.../... continuation)

- End: no other chapter following this story (may or may not change depending on my productivity and ideas)
- ...: to be continued
- ...continuation: the continuation of the preceding chapter unless otherwise specified in which it would be written like this:

Title (...continuation of Title of preceding work)
