You and Santana have been best friends since you met on the first day of cheerios. You both hit it off straight away; your kindness and innocence, and her being the sassy badass bitch she is. Opposites attract. You never felt romantically about her in high school, and were in an on off relationship with Sam until you officially ended that when you left. But one day when all the original members came back, you sang her a song and admitted your feelings towards her, "Santana, I didn't realise in high school that I was in love with you, cause I had this mindset that I had to be this perfect girl who followed the crowd, and never made a decision for herself. It made me so unhappy, but I had you. And it was just as a best friend, even though deep down I knew I wanted you, but at least I got to have you by my side through everything... I wish I realised sooner that I was in love with you, then maybe all of high school would of been way better. I love you Santana and I always have, will you be my girlfriend?". Btw she said yes!
