The Only Girl I Can Stand (Jotaro x reader)

We said goodbye to Anne early in the morning. I felt horrible leaving her behind but, "This is for your own protection. This adventure, it's too strange and dangerous for someone like you. I don't mean because you're a kid, but because you can't understand what it's really about, and I don't want to see my Little Sis get hurt. That's the last thing I want." Anne had tears in her eyes, but she gave me a small smile. "I understand, Big Sis. I want me to stay safe too, but also want to make sure you're safe." I gave her a huge hug. "Thank you, Anne. That means a lot to me."

"Oi, (Y/n), it's time to get going! You comin'?" I turned to see Jotaro looking rather expectant. I nodded, "Coming!" But I gave Anne a kiss on the forehead, "Good luck finding your father, Little Sis. I'll miss you!" "I'll miss you too!" She said, waving at me with tears streaming down her face. I waved and climbed aboard the train. We had left Singapore.

On the train, I looked at Kakyoin as he was talking to Jotaro. 'Yellow Temperance really copied him nicely, he even had me fooled, but Kakyoin would never do that weird thing with the cher-'

 "Rero Rero Rero Rero Rero Rero Rero Rero Rero Rero Rero Rero Rero Rero Rero Rero Rero Rero"

 Jotaro and I were cringing as Kakyoin began to lick a cherry at a subatomic level. "Yellow Temperance had you nailed. I feel like this is the first stage in summoning a demon." Kakyoin swallowed said cherry and looked at me, "That's just a weird thing I do. Don't worry about it." I began to laugh, and both of the teens looked at me in confusion . "I'm sorry," I wheezed, "That's just a really gross and really funny habit! It's fricking brilliant!" Kakyoin blushed and smirked at Jotaro, "See? She doesn't mind! I'm better than you!" Jotaro only rolled his eyes as we laughed, "Yare Yare Daze." Little did we know, just one car behind us was a slumbering girl. "Jotaro... (Y/n)..." She murmured in her sleep.

We arrived in India a few hours later. You'd expect India to be full of colorful elephants and beautiful art work, but... well...

"Ugh! I stepped in crap!" Said Polnareff. "My wallet's already been stolen.." murmured Kakyoin. "Don't put your nose on it!" Came Polnareff again, but I had it even worse. As a lady, people think you want to be "drop dead gorgeous" every moment of every second, but me? Nonononononono. Not me, 'I hate being called pretty or girly.' I thought as I was crowded by people. "You look really pretty!" "You should buy these ear rings!" "These garments really bring out your eyes!" "Do you need a hotel or a place to eat, my lady?" I was overwhelmed with the amount of people and all the attention they brought. Joseph took the offer of the restaurant, and I was left to tell them "I don't need anything, really." 

I backed into Kakyoin who turned suddenly, causing me to fall and him to catch me. We looked into each other's eyes, his violet, and my (e/c). We were both blushing as he helped me back up. "S-sorry about that." 'Dang it, why did I stutter?' "Don't mention it. Let's catch up with the others." 

(Kakyoin)

When I caught (Y/n), I felt really nervous. She was a spectacle of beauty, that girl, and I liked her a lot. 'I don't think I have a crush on her. I might, but I'll need to figure it out later.' When I helped her up, we were equally embarrassed. She even stuttered when she spoke, which is something she never did. 'I'll admit,' I thought, 'that was pretty cute.'

(Y/n)

We made our way to an Indian restaurant. Supposedly (according to Mr. Joestar), their food was really good, so we waited for service. Polnareff excused himself to use the bathroom and I rolled my eyes as I heard him scream that there was a pig in the toilet. 'I swear he doesn't know when to shut up. It's probably part of the culture.' "He's gonna attract so much attention..." I whispered, putting my head in my hands, laughing softly. "Hmm?" Said Avdol, looking at me a little confused. "If Polnareff doesn't shut up, he's gonna alert any stand users nearby that we're here." That's when Polnareff came running out, complaining that there had been a stand in the mirror. "Told ya." I said, slightly annoyed because of my hunger. 'Good thing I brought snacks.'

We ran out of the restaurant, me placing some coins on the table. 'They did put up to with us after all.' Unfortunately we kind of got split up. Kakyoin and I on one side of the road, Joseph and Jotaro on the other. Polnareff and Avdol no where to be seen. There was a silence as the two Jojo's hid behind some barrels. "Someone's coming." I whispered, "We need to hide." There was no where to hide, we were stuck on the porch of some building and there was nothing to hide us as the cowboy advanced. "Pretend that we're making out." Whispered Kakyoin, grabbing my waist and pushing me slightly against the building. I wrapped my arms around his neck and we got our faces closer together, both of us blushing madly. 'I've only been this close to Jotaro before.' I thought, my mind racing.

(Jotaro)

I watched the man come closer, (Y/n) and Kakyoin trapped in plain sight. Then suddenly.. 'WHAT?!' Kakyoin grabbed (Y/n) around the waist and began to make out with her. I was so angry. 'How dare he make a move on her?' Then I saw her wrap her arms around him and my heart shattered. "Jotaro," said Jiji. I looked at him, angry and really upset, "look at it from this angle." I shifted, getting a better view of the situation. 'They're not kissing at all! They're pretending to avoid being spotted!' I took a small sigh of relief. The cowboy passed by, not even noticing us.

When the man was gone, I gave Kakyoin the okay and we separated, both of us blushing deeply. "We never kissed. Got it?" I said, looking at him. He nodded, "Yeah. We aren't in love." We both laughed softly and rubbed our necks uncomfortably. Jotaro came over to us, looking slightly pissed off. "Don't do that again. Good camouflage, but don't do that again." He said this gaze focused mainly at Kakyoin. "Don't worry, we won't!" We both said, raising our hands slightly in surrender.

There was a sudden bang and we looked over a few streets away. "Come on! We gotta move!" Said Joseph as we ran toward the sudden noise. There lay Avdol on the ground, a bullet through his head. I let out a cry of alarm and I ran to him. "Avdol! Oh my gosh on my gosh! Don't leave!" I sent out my stand and began to heal him until he became stable. "So this is Lord Dio's daughter? Who would've expected her to be such a hottie? I was sent here to eliminate the Joestars and to bring you to him, but I think just one death and the girl will be more than enough to bring me off the hook." I glared at him and growled. "You.... You... No good son of a biscuit! I'll tear you limb from limb!" I began to run at him, but there was a sudden weight on my leg. "Please! Don't hurt him! Run, my love! I'll hold them back! I love you!!" A horse came out of no where and the cowboy jumped on. "Thanks, babe. I'll take my leave. Remember I'm only leaving cause I love you baby!" He road off into the sun light, as I dragged the Indian woman across the ground, trying to get a rhythm so I could run faster. I was failing miserably.

Joseph stopped me because I was hurting the woman, and Jotaro was holding me back. "I can still catch up to him if I start now! Let go of me, gosh dang it!" I was struggling to get out of his grasp, but he held firm. "Let him go." He whispered in my ear. I knew he was right. 'There are more important things to take care of.' I tore away from him and I went over to Avdol. He was breathing, but barely. I continued to try and heal him, but I could only do so much. I became exhausted as the wound continued to close.  The exhaustion of the journey, my hunger, and my mental weakness (which held back my powers) accumulating until it was unbearable. Then I blacked out, the last thing I heard was my name being called out.
