Tom: Thanks for helping me toady with the bakery. I kinda gotten behind schedule. Now you're free to go hang with Alya.
Marinette: Awww your welcome Dad! See you later! *begins to walk tours the door, trips over her own foot as Adrien walks in
Adrien: Hey I was wondering if you have any cross- *catches Marinette in his arms*
Marinette: *face turns red* No no no not again.
Adrien: Looks like I caught you just in time. *laughs a little*
Marinette: ...... (whispers) I wish I was dead.
Kagami: *walking in and sees Adrien and Marinette* What the
Adrien: Hey Kagami! What a surprise.
Kagami: *pulls Adrien away in a rushed manner* Let's go!
Adrien: But I just wanted my croissants!
Marinette: Hmmmm. Dad can I have a box of croissants?
Tom: For Adrien?
Marinette: Yeah.
Tom: Of course! We've got plenty! *places six croissants in a box and gives it to Marinette*
Marinette: Thanks Dad love you! *rushes out the door*
Adrien: Where are we going Kagami?
Kagami: Somewhere alone. 😏
Adrien: But can I get my croissants first? I'm really hungry.
Meanwhile Marinette is looking for Adrien with the box of croissants
Marinette: Ugh! Where is he? *bumps into Luka*
Luka: Marinette!
Marinette: Hey Luka. I didn't mean to bump into you!
Luka: You're cool Marinette. Always.
Marinette: *blushes* I can't find Adrien anywhere. He came into the bakery but Kagmai took away before he can even ask.
Luka: Oh! I think I saw him near the school.
Marinette: That's a long trip.
Luka: You can ride with me, only if you want.
Marinette: That's so nice of you Luka. *Marinette gets on Luka's bike*
The two of them arrived near the school. Adrien and Kagami sat together on the stairs.
Kagami: *crossing her arms*
Adrien: *looks up and sees Marinette* Marinette!
Marinette: I-I uhhhh b-brought y-you some croissants! *holds out the box*
Adrien: YES! Thank you Marinette! I've been wanting these all day! *takes the box and opens it*
Marinette: Y-You're welcome. *blushes*
Kagami: Looks like your girlfriend brought you lunch.
Marinette: HAHAHA WHAT? NO NO! I-I JUST WANTED TO DO SOMETHING NICE!
Adrien: Kagami cut it out, she's just a friend.
Kagami: Mhmmmkay whatever.
Marinette: *makes a sad look as Adrien notices* I better leave you two alone now.
Luka: Wanna come with me Marinette?
Marinette: Sure.
Luka was about to get on his bike when all of a sudden his phone rings.
Luka: I gotta take this call first. One second!
Marinette: *smiles as he walks away*
Kagami: *grunts at Adrien and storms off*
Adrien: Kagami wait! Where are you going? Ughhh!
Adrien sees Marinette sitting alone and approaches her
Adrien: Hey
Marinette: Hey
Adrien: Wanna a croissant?
Marinette: S-Sure. *takes it from Adrien's hand*
Adrien: Sorry about that with Kagami.
Marinette: No no! It's fine. I should've let you two alone.
Adrien: *takes a bite ans chews* It was nice for you to bring me these croissants. Your Dad makes the best.
Marinette: *starts to smile but starts to frown* Yeah.
Adrien: Something wrong?
Marinette: No. Everything is fine.
Luka: Marinette! You coming?
Marinette: I gotta go. Bye!
Adrien: But Marinette! *runs off*
But Marinette is already on Luka's bike as they rode off.
Plagg: *coming out * Wow Adrien. Two girls ran away from you!
Adrien: Shut up Plagg. Maybe Kagami just wanted to I guess be alone with me but didn't get that chance.
Plagg: What about Marinette?
Adrien: Like I said Plagg she's just a........
friend
Luka: You okay Marinette?
Marinette: *small tear forms in her eye* He's right. I'm just a friend.
