chapter 1

               "ugh, this little cave just keeps letting water inside" jungkook squeaked. He kept needing to shake off every few minutes because of him being so small. Finally I had enough of him complaining and picked him up by my mouth and tucked in between my front paws. " there" I growled. " you are safe now from the big bad rain." He nipped at my leg " don't make fun of me, you'd be mad too if you were in my place. I couldn't help chuff " of course, I would be, don't be jealous because I'm a graceful tiger."" oh please you just an oversized cat."

                                                               "Why can't we be in our human forms? I think we could fit. I'm done being a bunny." I could only sigh. I know he doesn't like being a bunny. But we have to kept ourselves warm somehow. It's not like we have money to buy a blanket. Heck, we couldn't even go into the stores if we did. The stupid hybrid laws would prevent us from that. I just start to groom him to comfort both of us. We are running low on food again. I can just eat the animals in the woods but jungkook need his vegetables. He can only stay healthy with a mostly vegetarian diet. 

                                      Before I would scare the little towns and steal from the gardens but now law enforcement is getting smart and are guarding the outskirts of all of them. I almost got caught last time. I just barely had the time to pick up jungkook at our home and run away. I ran so long until my legs just gave out. Sometimes,  I wish we weren't hybrids. That we were born in a hospital instead of a farm. That we got to go to school and learn everything we could. Hybrid were made for human enjoyment and that's it. They don't think of us as people just toys.    

                            After while his breathing slowed down and he fell sleep. I wish I could do something more for him. He is only 19 yet he has been through so much. After while, I could feel my eyelids growing heavy too. I carefully lowered my head down and got comfortable." Tomorrow, tomorrow I will go searching for more food for him." I thought.
