Personality - Because of always giving a loner vibe,he is always misunderstood as a loner but people close to him know that actually he is a very shy kid who just finds it very difficult to interact with new people.He is always sleepy and can fall asleep anywhere if he wants.He generally tends to stick close to Soma or someone he is close to(but mostly Soma cause he sees him as a older brother despite being same age) and find difficult to interact with new people.He is also very naive and innocent regarding his surrounding so he doesn't know when people are being pervert towards him(but don't worry cause his friends are always there to keep him safe).He cares about people close to him a lot cause he is scared that he would be left behind again by his close ones,so he never really ask anything and tries to do everything on his own.He also doesn't get angry at all but if someone makes his angry,well they better be prepared to be crushed to death.

✿Sairento and Soma have know each other since childhood.They have a sibling relationship where Soma always looks after Sairento whenever they are together due to Sairento's personality.Sairento trust Soma the most after Amai and whenever he returns to Japan after his traveling,Sairento spend all his free time with Soma in his diner

Sairento's Bio :

Sairento was orphaned as long he can remember and he was one of those homeless child in the street.One day when he was just about to reach his death from starvation and fever,Amai saved him and then adopted him as his son.Sairento was given a new life due to which he took cooking and baking as his new aspirations to help Amai in the future and traveled with Amai around the world.Sairento meet new people to love due to Amai and was happy with his life but then Amai suddenly died of lung cancer making Sairento inherit the cafe.At the start of first year of high school Joichiro decided to send him and Soma to attend Totsuki Culinary Academy
