Oh my god, I'm so very sorry for not posting in a while also for the short chapter!! Life just got in the way...but other than that, I hope you enjoy!

She sat and watched from the window sill, her (E/C) orbs staring intently at the brunette fidgeting with the crank of the telephone trying to get it to work. After a few more cranks, loud static echoed throughout the bathroom until fragments of voices were heard from the other line.

"A boundary too? There are so many doors...lots of mokke too, but there's no water..." A familiar voice of a girl, cutting in and out until the static finally subdued, sounding confused about her current location.

"Not quite a boundary, I'd say," Hanako spoke up, alerting the human girl of his presence.

"That voice...!" A small gasp of relief escaped the girl's lips, sounding more cheerful afterward, "Is that you Hanako-kun? Where are you? Are you close by?" Her voice sounded like she was looking around for him to no avail.

"Over here," he said as if he were there in the same area casually calling to her to come over, "Hello, Yashiro."

The cheerful (H/C)-ette leaned closer to hear the conversation, joining in with a happy greeting toward the girl, "Yashi-chan!! Hi!"

"Hellooo," earning a small giggle from the human girl from the other line before a few seconds of silence, then her sounding a bit confused, "a radio?"

"Yes, and if you're there, that means...Yashiro, you've been tricked again, huh?" He asked, both apparitions chuckling after hearing a loud groan from the receiving end of the call, "I take my eyes off you for one second, and you're off after some hot guy or supernatural. It's a handful, having an assistant like you."

"Hanako-kuuuun...!" The cream-haired girl whined, explaining her situation and how she got duped. His eyes widened for a split-second instantly replacing it with a smirk while the female apparition covered her mouth with her hands as she tried stifling a laugh but not before noticing the boy's change in expression.

Poking his cheek to gain his attention as she softly spoke, so Yashiro wouldn't hear, "Aw~You're worried about her~~Hmpf I'm jealous," looking the other way, crossed her arms then pouted. Rolling his eyes, he used his free hand and quickly squeezed her cheek, giving her the satisfaction she wanted. "Yayy, I'm noticed!" She quietly celebrated by throwing her hands in the air as her legs dangled from the window, the amber-eyed boy chuckled at her actions, turning his attention back to the phone.

"Now then, I don't know how long this transmission will last, so I'll make this short. Where you are right now isn't the Near Shore, the Far Shore, or a Boundary...It's a place that's nowhere," He explained as the human girl echoed back what he said. Inadvertently nodding, he continued to speak, "Yup, It's nowhere and everywhere. And it can take you anywhere it's an annoying sort of place like that. I can use our bond to help Hakujoudai find you. I want to help, but that place is just so big, so I'm going to need to work at this too."

As if on cue, the wisp appeared and hovered over his hand moving over to (Y/N)'s palms. "What should I do?" (Y/N) heard the girl say, waving to the wisp who was making its way to the hallway, attention back to the phone.
