y/n's pov:
i woke up reaching over to grab mattia, but he was not next to me. i bit my lip confusingly as i got up. i looked around, his clothes were here though. "baby?" i called out as i walked downstairs. i saw mattia making breakfast, i giggled softly. "hey ma" he smiled strolling to me.

"hey love" i smiled as he wrapped his hands around my waist pulling me closer,  he placed his lips on mine making me taste his minty breath. he bit my lip pulling it letting it snap back into its place. "i thought you had left me" i chuckled as he furrowed his brows. he tightened his grip on my waist. "why so?" he asked.

"cause i didn't see you around" i said biting my lip as my hands roamed his bare back. he shook his head, "oh baby, it took me a while to get you. i'm not leaving anytime soon" he grinned as he pulled me close kissing my head.

this was a different mattia, he was an angel, i lovable boy, so sweet and nice. i smiled at his words. he let go as he flipped his french toast. "although i do need to go home today. i have to take a package somewhere" he mumbled. "package?" i asked. "mhm" he said slightly ignoring me.

i nodded, i knew what he meant. drugs of course. "drugs?" i asked him chewing on a blueberry, his eyes wandered to me, "yeah" he answered. i nodded, he sighed. "it's me y/n. this is the mattia i was before you. but i want to change" he said as he served us. "yeah i totally understand" i said looking down.

"i'm being for reals babygirl" i said as he put fruits on our plates, he passed me one. we walked to the table sitting down, "why'd you even get into everything then." i asked as i cut into my french toast. "cause i wanted it all. and i got it all. everything i have is mine, i run this business" he said as i nodded.

i didn't like the fact that me boyfriend was a drug lord, but i mean what can i do? "things were crazy when i was younger, my parents hated me. and i had no one. nobody to watch over me. so i learned to watch over myself" he said biting into his food.

"i never needed anyone, nor i need them. but when i met kairi and ale, they were there through everything. that's why they're my brothers. and you." he said making me look up to him. "i never thought i needed someone so bad in my life til i met you. you were the first thing i never had. well i couldn't have" he chuckled making me smile.

"i was mattia polibio, who had it all. every girl fell to my feet. everyone did. but you didn't care that i was mattia, and you didn't fall to my feet. instead i fell to yours and it drove me crazy" he laughed. i grabbed his hand. "but now i have you. and i know what it's like to have love. and im not letting it go" he whispered as i grinned.

i stood up kissing him, our lips touching as they tasted like syrup. "mattia all soft?? what the fuck" kairi said making us pull away. "fuck off midget " mattia rolled his eyes grabbing my hand.
