8am I got up this morning to kairi crying making me get up and walk to her room
"Morning mama"I said picking her up and kissing her cheek as she continued crying
"What's wrong"I said comforting her as she calmed down
I took her clothes off and went to the bathroom to give her a bath
Once I finished I dressed her up and placed her in her bouncer and putting her toy in her hand to distract her while I went to take a shower I went inside the bathroom and took care of my hygiene
I came out the bathroom with my towel rapped around my body. I heard a knock on the door making me roll my eyes because I was already stressed
I made my way downstairs and opened the door and saw jahking

"You good"he said as I nodded my head I went upstairs and wore my clothes I decided not wear any make up today because I didn't feel like it

We got into the car and jahking started his car
My leg started bouncing up and down and jahking placed his hand on my thigh

"Don't worry you got this"he said kissing my hand And kairi started crying And I put her pacifier in her mouth but she pushed it out with her tongue and continued crying
I crossed over to the backseat and took her out her car seat
"What's wrong princess"I said kissing her cheek And took her bottle out her bag and started feeding her
I started to overthink the whole situation and imagine my life with out my baby because I grew a strong bond with her and it only been three months
"Stop overthinking"jahking said
"I'm not"I said
"Yes you are it says it all over your face"he said
"What if he gets full custody over her"I said
"I promise you He won't he has nothing against you"he said parking his car And i put kairi in her car seat and came out the car with kairis car seat
We walked towards the court room and jahking held my hand
I saw Dave and miracle sat down my blood immediately started to boil
Me and jahking sat down and the judge hit his gravel on the table
"So today's case is David Brewster want to claim full custody over kairi brewster is that true"the judge said look at Dave and his lawyer
"Yes"his lawyer said
"Is there any evidence that the child isn't safe with the mother"the judge said to his lawyer And his lawyer gave a judge a paper making me look at jahking and my leg started bouncing up and down
"So mr Brewster why do you want to claim full custody over your daughter ?" the judge said
"I think my daughter is more safer if she stays with me because where her mother live isn't a safe place for a child to grow and I'm financially stable unlike her mother is"he said
"What!!"i said Before the judge could even speak could even answe "First off you and I both know I have my own business I'm making my own money and you've been to my house before!!"I said as the judge banged her gravel on the table
"Silence "the judge said
"Miss whites are any of these things true" I said
"No your honour"I said
"My client is more than financially stable"my lawyer Said giving my bank statement to the judge
"Ok since there is no harm towards the baby there has to be equal custody over her"the judge said Making sigh in relief
We were now leaving the court room and I saw Dave walk towards his car
I kissed my teeth loud enough so that he could hear And he turned around and mugged
Making me laugh me and jahking got in to the car with kairi and we made are way home
