Jisung POV:
I can't believe this day is finally here.....I've been practicing everyday and night for this.....I'm sure my rap will make my parents proud.....I mean my mum...my dad couldn't make it to my performance again because of his work.......he's never been to any of my performances at school....the only time he hears my work is when I perform for my mom and dad after dinner.....well that's when he is here.....it's very rarely he is because he is always at work.......
"Okay....ladies and gentlemen it's the moment we have all been waiting for.....Han jisung everybodyyy!!"Shouts the host of the school talent show
Everyone in the audience clapped and cheered now chanting my name
Okay....it's finally the time.....I can do this
I walked out onto the stage and waved at everyone cheering when I saw my mom in the audience and I waved at her....she waved back smiling back at me....
It was when I got to the middle of the stage when.....it all started....I stood there.....frozen....my whole body from head to toe feeling like it was going to collapse and my heart hurt so much....I was trying so hard to hold back the tears.....I don't know why I was hurting so much....it was like my heart was filled with pain although my head had no reason for it.......
It stopped eventually....it lasted about 30seconds until the pain disappeared fully and I was able to carry on with my performance hoping nobody noticed the way I was.....
-time skip to after the performance-
"Jisung!" My mom shouted to me running towards me and hugging me
"Mom...how did I do."I ask her
"You did good...no...amazing....but.."she replies to me
"But ?......"I curiously ask
"Ji....I saw u at the start of the performance....you was about to break down and cry..."my mom points out and I didn't even know she noticed that actually I totally forgot about that.......
"Oh..mom don't worry it was nothing..."I tell her
"Ji....it's okay you can tell me any problems you are having..."she tells me
"Mom yeah I know and I'm not having any problems.....it's just..."I stutter
"It's just......?"she replies
"I actually......don't know why I almost broke down it just happened like my heart felt so much pain but my head didn't have a reason for it..."I tell her which I wasn't lying coz I really didn't know why I almost started crying....
"It's okay.......you did great sweetie..."she tells me hugging me again
"Thanks mom...."I reply
-Noones POV-
-Minho's House
(Same Time as when jisung was walking into the stage)
Minho was just on his phone sat on his bed when his dad shouted him
"MINHOO!GET DOWN HERE RIGHT NOW!!"
Minho knew what was coming and he wasn't looking forward to being faced with his dad which he was scared of but he knew he had no choice but to go down to his father.....
Minho gets down to his father and he was holding his school grades in his hand waving it around in the air
"WHAT DO YOU CALL THIS!"he yells pointing at the maths section
"Dad....."Minho mutters
"NO DONT YOU DARE DAD ME!!......IF YOU WERE MY SON YOU WOULDVE GOT HIGHER THAN A GRADE 3 IN MATHS!!!!"he yells in his face
Minho tries so hard not to let his tears escape his eyes.....
His father threw the papers on the floor and went up in Minho's face
"YOUR MOTHER ISNT HERE RIGHT NOW TO PROTECT YOU THIS TIME SO I CAN DO THE F**CK I WANT TO YOU DO YOU UNDERSTAND!!!"he yells
Minho froze and just went along with what his father was yelling at him
"I SAID DO YOU UNDERSTAND!!" He yells
"Yes..."Minho Replies quietly
His father hit the side of his face probably gonna leave another bruise on the side of Minho's face which went along with the ones he already had from before........his father pushed Minho making him fall to the ground when Minho's mother came in and saw what was going on
"LEE BYUNGHOON!!!!STOP!!!LEAVE HIM ALONE!!!"Minho's mother runs over to him and drags him of off Minho who was now just laying on the floor crying......
"WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU!!!!!"Shouts Minho's mom
"GIVING HIM WHAT HE DESERVES"Minho heard is father reply with
Minho's mom dragged Minho's father out of the house and told him to come back when he has calmed down so his father left until he calmed
His mom came back in and went straight to Minho who was still laid on the floor of the living room crying
"Hey..hey come here..."she says picking Minho up carefully knelt down on the floor and hugged him to comfort him......
"I-I-I'm sorry"stutters Minho through his crying
"No.....you haven't got anything to be sorry for baby....I'm sorry for leaving you with that monster....I won't leave you again I promise...."she tells him hugging her son in her arms tightly
Once Minho calmed his crying more she said
"Come on let's go get you cleaned up..."
