"Good morning!" Edaline said as I made my way to the table.
"Good morning!" I say. "What is that stuff?" I ask pointing to a plate with food on it that looked like jello molded into a triangle.
"It is just a recipe I made that della told me about and I wanted you to try it first." It did smell delicious I bite into it and it tastes like pancakes and mallowmelt.
"wow that is so good." I say with my mouth full
"I hoped you would like it." she said with a smile on her face
"Yeah," this recipe is definately a keeper (pun intended lol😂)
"Well you should get going now you looked like you were gonna hurry when you came down the stairs,where are you going?" she asked
"Oh I have a meeting today with Team Valiant." I say remembering about the meeting, I was too busy falling in love with my amazing breakfast.
"Ok have a good day, I love you!" she said pulling me into a hug.
"I love you too!" I say as I head to the door.
I had so much energy today because I slept all night last night which was a great change for me so I decided to teleport.
"Hey sophie you finally made it!" Dex said with a dimpled grin.
"Come on I'm not that late!" I say
"Ugh come on just get over it you were late, I don't wanna listen to another one of your classic bff fights." Stina said as she appeared from the shadows.
I decide to ignore stina's words
"Where is Biana?" I ask beginning to feel super sad that she isn't here.
"Aaaahhhh!" I scream
"I got you so hard this time!" I hear as I turn around to see a laughing Biana.
"I will never get used to that." I tell her
Biana was about to start talking ,but she got interupted.
" that is the sound they put on when they are coming into the room. " Wylie said
A few seconds after he said that the council in their shiny glory appeared.
"We called you all for this meeting just to tell you all news." Councillor Emery said in his regal accent.
"What is the news?" Biana asks
"Well do you want the good news or the bad news first,wait actually it will make more sense if I tell you the good news first." Emery said
the bad news must be bad because oralie keeps looking at me like she knows something that is going to break my heart.
"Ok." I say proud of myself for my voice not shaking
"Keefe got his talent today,but he is terribly sick." Councillor Alina said
My heart stopped he will be ok I know he will I will make sure of it.
"What is his talent?" someone in the room asked I couldn't focus enough to know who it was. I
"As far as we know he is part shade and part flasher." Councillor terrik said
WHAT!!!!!!! Me and my friends say in unision.
