Friend
A wolf crawled secretly,
Hid among the flock of sheeps innocently.
Pretended to be the lamb,
The kindest all over the farmer's land.
Made friends with them,
Even slept together with them.
In the warm barn, it waited,
For the feast to get started.
Soon it peeled off the lamb skin,
Bared its fangs onto his friends.
It howled with great joy,
For he deceived them before he destroyed,
The trust they blindly gave,
To the wolf they thought were a sheep.
Now it's too late to regret,
For their greatest mistake.
Be careful with people you call friends,
They might be your untimely end.April 19, 2020
