I walked out of school with my backpack ready to walk home...

Im supposed to help Kairi with hid homework...

"Y/n!!", I turn back only to be faced with Kairi cosentino

"We still doing homework at mine right?", Im screwed..

I had soo many excuses in my head to say that i couldnt to this boy but what came out was...

"Yeah ofcourse gotta call my mom first", I giggle awkwardly...

I take my phone out of my pocket and walk away to text my mom

I walk back to Kairi to tell that i could go...

We both walked to his car and got in...

We listened to some songs and vibed the whole way to his house...

When we got there...

I walked into his looking around admiring some photos on the wall...

A small girl version of Kairi came down the stairs...

Soon Kairi came inside...

"Is that your little sister", I point to the little girl staring at me on the couch...

"Yeah but dont talk to her shes weird",he said whispering but still loud enough for her to hear..

"Kairi shut up anyways im Maiya whats your name?", She says standing up from the couch...

"Y/n",She walks up to me and walks a few small circles around me...

"Your not dating my brother are y-", before she could finish Kairi pulls me away to his room...

"Omg shes so annoying",We finally arrive at his room and he sits on his bed...

"Can we start now", I said looking at my feet...

"Yeah sure let me just get my stuff ", He takes his backpack and ruffles through it...

"Okay lets start",....

Halfway through we took a break and started scrolling through instagram...

We were laughing at memes together when all the sudden wben we were laughing we stopped...

It wasnt awkward...

We just sat there looking into each others eyes...

Admiring them...

There was tension between us and we both could feel it...
