Author's POV.
"Jennie? What are you doing here? It's already night" Taehyung ask as he sat on the grass beside the girl
"I'm just getting some fresh air" Jennie simply answered
"Haysst... I know that your still minding on how can you exit in this world" Taehyung said and Jennie sigh
"It's not like that... I was just worried about you, about your responsibility... I know that you have to much problem Taehyung, I want you to know that I will always here for you if you needed me" Jennie smiled
"Thank you but I don't want you to get worried, Don't worry about me Jennie I will be okay" Taehyung looked at her eyes "unless... You like me" he smirk and the girl suddenly blush
"Uh... N-no, I mean... Your the prince and of course, everyone was concerned about you" she look down trying to hide her blushing face
"Oh yeah? But why are you blushing?"
"Am I?" She look at the prince innocently that made the boy to chuckle
"Well Yes, Princess" Taehyung showed his box smiled
"I'm not a princess" Jennie said
"But I can see you as a princess"
"Nevermind" She said and look at his eyes
There was a silence between the two of them, when they look at each other's eyes... They feel like... They froze as if... They being locked to each other
Jennie admire him, to his big doe eyes... His pointed nose, boxy smile, sharp jawline, his silky white skin and his pink plump lips, goshhh... How can he be so perfect? The truth is... She wanted to go back to the human world but how can she left Taehyung and her friends behind? What is she doing in this world? Why did she send her for nothing? It's impossible! She and Yuna was the first humans to be with this world, she think that she have a mission in here but what?! She's really curious now... She wanted to know but who can possibly tell her? Her heart was saying that she doesn't want to leave this world but her mind doesn't want to agree, her mind keep on saying that she would leave this world but... How? Who would she choose? Did she have to follow her mind or... Her heart...
"Jennie? Jennie!" Taehyung waved his hands on the girl who is now spacing out while looking at him
"Uh--- I'm sorry" she avoided eye contact with him
"I must be melting if you keep on looking at me" The boy chuckled
"I'm sorry"
"Are you okay?" Taehyung hold her shoulder
"Umm... Yes, Yes nevermind" She smiled before looking at the dark sky cover by the stars
Taehyung smiled before he let go of her shoulder and he looked at the sky also
"It's really beautiful" Jennie said
"Yeah, your very beautiful" Taehyung turn his head to look at her and Jennie did the same but they didn't expected that they face was going to touch, it's very close as if... They were going to ki----
"Ehem..." Jennie fake cough and look away "I'm sorry again" she apologized
"It's okay, I'm sorry too"
Taehyung look away and Jennie look at the sky again until she saw a shooting stars so she gasp
"Taehyung look!" She pointed at the shooting star excitedly
"What about that?"
"We can wish for what we like, needed, etc. Come on! Before it will disappeared!" She said and Taehyung nodded before they wish secretly
'I'm wishing... That someday, The enchanted world will be free from darkness and evils, I wished that this world might be safe and... I wish that the girl beside me loved me too' he opened his eyes and looked at the girl beside him who was still closing her eyes, he smiled at the beautiful figure beside him
'I wished that the curiosity inside of me will be gone, I wish that when everything is going to happen... We will stay safe, I wish that Prince Taehyung will success from his responsibility and the most important thing is... I wish that he would loved me back, I hope I can confess to him... Someday' she opened her eyes to meet another before smiling
"What did you wish?" The prince ask her and she just shake her head
"I can't tell you, because if I did... It will not come true" she said and the boy pouted before nodding
"Btw, why you have to wish whenever there's a shooting star?"
"Oh well... Back to our place, all of the people does that, we believe that it will come true... IF you don't tell anybody" she said "why? Are you not wishing to a shooting star before?"
"No, It's my first time" Taehyung said and Jennie mouthed an 'o' "you think it will come true?"
"Well... My mother said, listen to your heart and trust to yourself... It's not bad if you believe... Right? Sometimes... All the things you want to get is needed some hardworking, if you really want it... then why not you have to work for it? If you really believe to yourself... You have to try, because if you didn't... You can't get what you wanted" she smiled "all of the things is important"
"Yeah you're right, maybe I'll tried my best to get someone's heart" The boy said and Jennie looked at him
"Well if you really want her then you have to make an effort so she can appreciate it" she smiled and tried to hide her jealousy
"Jennie?"
"Hmm?"
"If you will that girl be... What will you choose.. powers or your friends?"
"Friends, because you can barely see some of those... They can help you, they will always there for you, and they can loved you like a real family, powers is just a powers... Yes you can used them to make friends also but they will disappeared soon, they're fake! Not like real friends, yes powers can also help you but are you sure that you will be happy without friends?" She giggled and Taehyung chuckle
"Nice" Taehyung said and Jennie chuckle "Jennie, I can I ask you something?"
"About what?"
"Do you still have a parents?" Jennie sigh for what he ask so she just shake her head as a no
"The both of them died on a car crash... I was so sad on that time, I was crying and crying... I don't know what to do because Yuna is just 10 years old on that time... I don't have any choice but to be strong for my dongsaeng, I love her and she was the only one who is left to me"
"I'm sorry I didn't mean to---"
"It's okay" she smiled and the boy sigh
"You know... Both of my parents also died, the evil mistress killed the both of them" he looked down as his eyes started to get teary "I don't know what'll happen on that time... I was just a baby"
Jennie looked at him with her pity eyes "It's alright" she said before hugging the prince as he cried on her shoulder "you can cry on my shoulder... I won't mind, I'm always here for you" she said as she caressed the boy's hair
"Thank you" Taehyung mumbled
