You have to realize no one hates you as much as you think they do, or at all. In this world it's all about projection. Think of all the closeted gay men spreading hate to openly gay men. Don't you know how much they just want to be themselves? So they project their hurt as homophobia because they feel as though they can't live happily as they are. When a plus size woman posts herself on social media and receives hate because she openly loves herself. Some people get insecure at someone else's confidence.

When you receive hate it is all but a test. Everything is love. Negativity is a lack of love. So wish them happiness so they don't have to put down others as a way of temporary contentment. Wish them something more fulfilling to do. You are all love and happiness. No one who is happy can bring you down. So realize they are hurting and that's not because of you or your fault. You don't deserve the hurt that comes to you and I'm sorry baby but this is a sign. A sign to appreciate those compliments and let it affect you more than negative comments. Let those compliments you receive build up and overflow in your heart. Feel that compliment. Feel the love because it is oh so beautiful. Negativity just makes you appreciate the love so much more.
