2019, october 8th. yeji pov. i was woken up by the sound of my phone ringing. it was my alarm that was beeping.
"mhmphf, argh i have to wake up, i dont feel like doing anything today..." i sighed, already annoyed
i picked up my phone and dismissed the alarm. it was 9 am. i checked my schedule and remembered we had to prepare for our upcoming performance at the Asia Song Festival on the 12th. i yawned and got up my bed. the girls were still sleeping from what i could hear; they probably forgot to put their alarm and counted on me, as their leader, to wake them up lmao. i got up and looked at ryujin. we shared a room in the dorm and it was pretty fun. she was still sleeping so i decided to wake her up.
"ryujin, wake up, its 9 am we have a schedule for today remember?" i whispered and tapped her gently,
"already? bruh im tired we didnt havent had much rest since yesterday" she whined and rolled her eyes
"i know, but we'll soon have free time and time rest soon. dont worry. now get up ryu i dont wanna be late lol "
"mhmm, fineee " she finally got up.
i then went to yuna and lia's room ; lia was already awake and she was on her phone, yuna was still sleeping.
"good morning jisu-ya "
"oh good morning yeji! did you sleep well?" she asked
"yeah i guess, i mean, i'm still a bit tired but we gotta do with it..."
"yep. same tho, i wish we could've gotten more time to rest, but nevertheless its fine, we'll have time soon "
i climbed the ladder of the bunk bed and sat next to yuna. she was still sleeping, not for long though : i patted her shoulder and told her it was time to wake up and get prepared for the day. as soon as i said that she hugged me with a bright smile and got up. i went to the kitchen and i saw chaeryeong already making food.
"hey chaery, already up?" i said,
"yep haha" then we both ate and the other girls joined us
i went to the fridge and poured milk into my cereal and buttered my toast. i opened instagram and scrolled.
(all idols have private social media accounts. after all, it's private so none of our fans or no one from the public knows our @'s. only idols knew, we all followed each other. we all followed our idol friends, groups that are in the same company as us and groups that we like or that we appreciate.)
i scrolled through my feed. nothing very interesting, apart from a few groups having comebacks but not much. we were currently in the making of a new comeback, we were making the songs atm. my feed was plain
until...until i saw him.

"while smiling and staring at your phone...?" said ryujin, unconvinced.
"uh...yeah um i saw a meme lmao"i quickly said, unsure what to say
"leave her alone ryu, tshh its her own business-", said chaeryeong.
"nah show us the meme then HAHA" lia cut her off
"w-what..? wait hold-d on.."
before i could even swipe away from his post and try to find a meme in my saved posts, the girls were already looking at my phone in shock
"YEJI UNNIE ARE YOU-" yelled yuna
"ok ok WHAT im confuzzled"saidlia
"hold on a minute does this mean-" asked chaery
