Just a tune slipped by me
I heard it once but sung it all day
It had settled in heart
Because it sung what I wanted to say
It was soothing and there
When I felt something vaguely bad
It was a part of me
Because like me, it felt sad
And I couldn't be more thankful
The day that made a new start
To the little tune I heard that time
Settled as a melody in my heart
