After the warning.

The door to Twilights office suddenly opened and everything went back normal like it didn't even happen. The purple princess exited the room and saw her dragon companion barely standing up, staring down at the floor with wide eyes and looking very terrified.

"Spike," Twilight questioned worriedly, "are you okay?"

She reached a hoof out to him but he flinched away holding his arm. He meet her eyes but quickly diverted them, looking anywhere but his friend since his words still lingered in his mind, "I wouldn't go telling the princess" "princesses funeral" "wouldn't be my first".

Spike stuttered out almost tripping over on his own word not sounding very confident at all, "Y-ye-yeah, Tw-twil-ight ev-ever-things fi-ne, y-ye-yea-h," he laughed nervously at the end, still refusing to make eye contact.

"Are you sure Spike? You don't sound so sure." the voice sounded so gentle and soft that he calmed down a bit but only for a moment before his headshot up to look above Twilight's head to see the beautiful Princess Celestia behind here with a worried expression across her face.

He gulped as his heart rate spiked again all the anxiety and fear rushing back into his system. He remembered his words from inside the room, "Celestia, I'll make you pay.." for a split second he thought about telling them, since Celestia was there. The dragon opened his mouth but all that came out was an awkward, "Ye-yeah, I-I'm S-ure," he wanted to say something but something felt off, an unknown force holding his tongue.

"If you say so, but remember we are always here for you Spike," she said with a smile then looked down at Twilight, "Well I must be off, I'll see you soon, yes?"

"Yes." Twilight agreed, "Have a safe trip Princess Celestia." she finished with a bright smile.
