"What did he say?" Jimin asked once he was comfortably settled by your side.

"He apologised." Your voice was nothing above a whisper, but loud enough for him to listen.

"And?" He raised a brow.

"And? That was it." You shrugged.

"Are you serious? He just said sorry?" He almost yelled, and the first thought that came to your mind was that you shouldn't have agreed for him to come

"What else were you expecting?"

"I mean, he didn't give you any reason for everything he did? Or something about Hani?" he must have noticed how you got tensed on hearing her name, for he was immediately apologising.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mea—"

"No, its okay," you briefly smiled before continuing, "I don't know if he had something else to say. He apologised and then he was all quiet, so I left." You told him.

"Really?" He sounded shocked.

"Y-yes." You were confused. But then he was smiling widely.

"I'm so proud of you." He said and pulled you in an embrace, which was a little too tight for your comfort, and you huffed in annoyance. That kid.

"Fuck off, Park Jimin." you punched his shoulder and wiggled out of his hold, and he was still smiling.

"Now go home. I need some time alone."

"You're rud—okay, okay, I'm leaving." He finally left when you kicked him out of your room.

Two days had passed, and you were trying to do anything and everything to get him out of your mind, but the image of his face seemed too stubborn. Had you known that a small meeting would affect so much, you wouldn't have gone.

You could not concentrate on your homework report, and lazing in bed all day wasn't helping either. So you thought that socialising a little might help, and decided to activate your account. Talking a little to people would do, you thought, and it did.

You went through your news feed, clicking and reading everything you found, seeing what everyone was doing for summer.

That was a good choice.

It was already midnight, and you realised that you'd spent the whole evening just scrolling and reading updates. You were about to log out and go and find something to eat when a message popped up in your inbox.

Jungkook: Y/N?

You read the message, and tossed your phone aside. You just strolled to the kitchen in hope of finding something to eat, but had to make ramen when there was nothing.

When you came back to your room after cleaning your dishes, your phone was making that 'pop' sound after every few seconds, indicating that you were receiving messages.

You didn't want to talk to him, or see his messages but you couldn't hold back when the sound didn't stop.

Jungkook: Listen to me, please.
Y/N?
Are you there?
At least give me a reply?
Even if it's to say that you don't want to talk.
I know you're there.
You: What do you want now?
Jungkook: I just want to talk.
You: We met at the cafe to TALK.
Jungkook: I couldn't say anything then.
You: Not my problem. I don't want to hear anything now. Don't message me.

That was the last message before you logged out.

You lay on your bed, but couldn't sleep. Seeing him being all desperate to talk felt good, for some reason, but there was another part of you that contorted seeing him in pain.
