beautiful lies

perhaps a heart who has
heard these words before
and have been left crushed
and broken and scattered,
and far far away from
being fixed will know
the difficulty of just
believing in it again.

worse, they may just
never seek for it again.
so please never ever
let those words escape
from your mouth, unless
you're ready to carry
the burden and the
hardships it would
take to prove
them true.

ever told.

it's everlasting.
you speak of its beauty,
its magic, its wonders,
but you never ever
take the name of
love in vain.
