"Puhuhu! Looks like your alllll here!" Monokuma said after his "grand" entrance.
"What's going on? Why are we all here? Why is there a talking teddy bear there?" Everyone started asking multiple questions at once.
"Whoa... First of all, I'm no teddy bear. I'm Monokuma." He calmly explained. "And show some respect! I'm the headmaster of the Ultimate Academy for Gifted Juveniles!" He announced
"Headmaster..." Maki mumbled..
"It appears to be some sort of autonomous robot with an built-in A.I., like me..." Keebo mentioned
"Dong, Dong, Dong! Exisals are mindless buckets of bolts though! The Monokubs said "And they can only be controlled by us ; The Monokubs!"
"Autonomous robots piloting weapons platforms... This is certainly turning into quite the story." Someone observed
"Well that may be, but what I'm worried about is this "killing game" you mentioned." Rantaro said "What exactly does that mean?
"Puhuhu.. It means that I want you sixte- wait no theirs seventeen Utlimates students! That wasn't part of the script! What are you doing here! He growled
"W-what do y-you mean?" You stuttered "I j-just woke up here! H-how am I supposed to know?!"
"Oh well, let's just roll with it. Puhuhu! Where were I, oh yes! I was going to tell you about this killing game!" Monokuma continued "You seventeen Ultimate students are here to participate in a killing game. You will see the rules in your Monopads."
"K-killing game? Us?" Kaede said looking terrified
"Please stop joking! Why would we agree to participate in a killing game?!" Keebo said
"Huh? You guys don't wanna do it?"
"'Course not! Gonta Gentleman!" Gonta said in poor english "Gentleman no can hurt people!"
"But if you looked around, you already know do you? You're trapped here forever! It's impossible to escape!" Monokuma stated "And if you want to go back to your family - if you even have one - , you have to kill!"
"Cool it with the stupid banter. I want to ask you something. How are we supposed to kill each other? Are you going to give us weapons? Ryoma asked
"What the hell, man!? What are you asking?" Kaito exclaimed
"We need to get info from them first. We can't do anything if we don't know anything." He shot back
"Weapons? Huh? What kind of barbaric display are you envisioning? Why, at the Ultimate Academy for Gifted Juveniles... the killing is quite the refined, sophisticated experience!" Monokuma angrily yelled
"Sophisticated experience?" Maki questionned
"Yes... Here, the killing is all ponctuated by class trials. There, you will all look for clues and vote for who you think is the culprit, or shall we say blackened among the spotless." Monokuma explained "If you vote correctly, only the blackened will be punished, if you vote wrong though... All the spotless will be punished and the backened may escape! Puhuhu! So exciting!"
"Hell yeah! And that's the rules of the class trials! Whoo-hoo-hoo! Aooowww!" Monokid cheered
"The point is, not only you gotta kill someone, you also have to survive the class trial." Monosuke said
"Kill without getting caught, and then survive the trial..." Rantaro started "Sounds eerily similar to the real world."
You looked at the ground"Real world huh? I kinda wish I was back there right now..." You thought.
You then realize that a few people were staring at you. "Must be because Monokuma pointed out that I shoudn't be here... Damnit, they make me so uncomfortable!"
"And also, their is going to be a time limit. If in two days, a murder doesn't occur, I will kill you all myself! Puhuhu!" Monokuma added
"What!" Everyone yelled
"Strange, this didn't happen before... Has my presence changed stuff?"
After Monokuma finished explaining everything and handing out the Monopads, Shuichi and Kaede walked your direction.
"Hey! You!" Kaede said "You okay? You looked terrified when Monokuma called you out."
"Aren't we all?" You replied
"True... But we don't need to be scared! I'm positive that we will be able to get out of here without killing! My name is Kaede Akamatsu but you just call me Kaede, I'm the Ultimate Pianist!" She introduced herself
"And my name is Shuichi Saihara, they call me the Ultimate Detective I guess..." Shuichi finally said
"W-well my name is Y/N L/N and I'm the Ultimate um..Pantomath! Though I do not know everything..." You declared
"How about we visit the school grounds and meet the others? It'll be fun." Kaede proposed
"Sure!" You agreed
"God I'm so glad that I'm not alone for the first day..."
