Everyone thinks that being an assassin is easy. You kill people, you make good money, and you do whatever the hell you want. WRONG!
Being an assassin is nothing like that. When you kill someone, you have to go into hiding for a while to make sure no one finds you. Sure you make the big bucks but how are you gonna spend it? Go to a bar and buy everyone a drink even though yesterday you were broke? And you don't do whatever you want, you do whatever the big man tells you.
Yes, there is a boss. Everyone thinks that assassins are self employed. You couldn't have been more wrong in your entire life. We answer to the big man. If someone needs to be killed, the big man tells us. And we always have to give him a cut. Its like a protection rent bill.
Yeah sure being an assassin has its perks, but none of your friends can know this. An assassin doesn't go around yelling at people saying "Hey look, I kill people for a living!"
Yeah, maybe if you want to go live in a prison.
But one of the hardest things about being an assassin, is having to kill your best friend. I'm Rougue by the way, and this is the worst job I could have possibly have.
