Manik is trying to tell his parents and nandini is tensed somewhat she don't know why???

Ma ; mom...vo ..dad...m btana chah rha tha ki...m or nandini...he is trying very hard to tell them...

kunj is giggling in side and get a strong glare from manik...

Av ; nandini...kya hua tum btao...tum or manik ....gives confused looks....

Na ; vo..aunty vo manik hi ache se bta paega...

Ma ; no..mom..nandini jyada ache se explain kregi...she is expert...while nandini glares at him..

Na ; nhi ...manik tum jyada ache se unhe smjha paoge..tumhare parents h..tumhe pta h..kse btana hoga...

Ma ; noo nandini tum btaogi...

Na ; okk..thik h.. mat btao...but rishi interrupts...

Ri ; bs..guys..manik ...tum itna kyu drr rhe ho...areee bhai..mne to bebe ke samne tumhari mom ko propose kiya tha... while avantika make a 'O' wala face...

Av ; kya rishi.. aap bhi naa..baccho ke samne...

Ri ; areee... but manik interrupts...

Ma ; wait...iska mtlb mom dad aapko pta h...or aap log natak kr rhe the...and stares at kunj...

Ku ; noo..bhaii..meri taraf ese mat dekho..mne mom dad ko kuch nhi btaya ....

Ri ; areee...bhaii..manik beta...tumne sb ko bta diya..even bebe ko bhi ...or mujhe or apni mom ko nhi btaya...

Av; or kya manik... itni pyari beti kisko nhi chaihye...

while nandini smiles..and get teary eyed..as she reminds her mother...

Ma; pr aapko pta kse chla..bebe khi aapne to nhi...

bebe ; na na puttar inn dono ko sb kuch apne aap pta chla h...mne kuch nhi btaya...

Ri ; areee..manik....mne bhi tumhari maa se pyar kiya h...or uss din meeting me...mne tumhe aankho hi aankho me baate krte dekha..or bs m smj gya....

while manan blushes...

TANEJA MANSION

Twinkle is still struggling to find her medicines...but nowhere found...

she comes out from her room......as nandini keep extra medicine in hall...

she get difficulty in walking she bump with the table and get sprain in her leg...

as all servents are on leave so..she is alone in whole mansion...she is now literally crying..

Tw ; aahh....diii..mera peir....

she keep walking and goes towards stairs....and get down...but in middle her leg twisted...and she falls rolling downstairs....blood is coming from her head...and she faints...

SARNA MANSION

Ma ; iska..mtlb aap dono ko hmare rishte see koi problem nhi h....

Av ; problem...nhi..balki hum to bhot jyada khush h...and hugs nandini...

nandini feels...something bad is going to happen...she seems worried...

Ri ; areee.. nandini beta..tum parshan nazar aa rhi ho...???

Na ; nhi..uncle..bs ese hi...

manik understands...that she is worried about twinkle...

Ma ; mom ..dad..vo..nandini ki choti bhen..angel ghar pr akeli h...or vo thodi bimar bhi h..isliye ye thodi tensed h....

Av ; manik beta...phir to tum nandini ko ghar drop kr aao...bakki baate kal lunch pr krte h...and nandini tumhe or tumhari bhen ko kal lunch yha pr krna h...okkk

Na ; jii..aunty..and took blessings of all elders...

manik take her to taneja mansion..

both goes inside..and shocked to see the scenerio....twinkle is lying unconsious and blood is coming from her head...

Ma ; angellll...manik shouted and ran towards her...he take her head on his lap and patting...

Ma ; angell...wake up...uthoo..

but nandini is still rooted on her place looking at them in shook...she is feeling like..someone is snatching her life...tears are coming from her eyes but she is numb....

Ma ; nandini...let's take her to hospital...quickly manik shouted....

nandini comes in reality...manik lift twinkle and take towards the car...

manik is driving and twinkle is on nandini's lap on back seat..

Na ; twinkiii..tujhe kuch nhi hoga...teri diii..aa gyi h..tujhe kuch nhi hoga...tu jldi se thik ho jaegi...and hugs her...

Manik is driving as fast as possible..they reach city hospital...

SARNA MANSION

Kunj is feeling something happened bad...but he don't know what...

bebe comes in his room...

Bebe ; kunj..puttar...tu soya nhi abhi tak....

Ku ; haa..bebe..bs bhaii aa jae...m call krke puchta hu...kitni der  lgegi...

kunj calls him..but manik is not picking...

Ku ; drive kr rhe honge...aate hi honge...

CITY HOSPITAL

twinkle is taken in ICU for operation...while manan are outside hell tensed....

Tears are not stopping from nandini's eyes...but she is numb ...manik cupped her face..

Ma; shhh...nandini..don't worry kuch nhi hoga...dekhna vo jldi se thik ho jaegi...or agr usse pta chla tum itna roo rhi thi..to vo kitni sad ho jaegi...m hu naa...kuch nhi hoga..hamari angel ko...and hugs her...

{manik knows  these sisters are only lifeline of each other...he is the only one who supported nandini after her parent's death...relatives came and went...but he was always there with her and will}
