                          There already were escaped scp's
Here some exemple of scp's that already escaped once or more
048 scp 048 is a scp number designation that watever named scp 048 definitely will either be stolen loose escaped destroy or shit like that

It is said on his file he already tryed to bteach containment and even succed to escape
To be found by the foundation again-

                          049-j scp 049-j had to be changed site and containment a lot because of how easy he could find way to escape
Even on his intervew file you can read that he escaped
                          There way more scp that actually already escaped to be found by the foundation again butttt here a scp that not a lot people je actually succed to escape the foundation

It's not because a d class a scientist a janitor ANYONE working in the foundation has a small power or scp effects dont apply on them the foundation will class them as scp's or use them 24/7 just to make experiments on either or not you are unaffected by all scp's effect

some and even a lot of people dont have the pestilence

It's not because a d class spent one month in the foundation custody he WILL get killed/given amnestic 
For exemple if the foundation judge an experienced needed with the same d class last longer then a month the d class obviously wont be given amnestic or killed
