"O-okay" Bella stuttered getting out the car.

Bella huffed as she plopped down on the muddy, old dirty sofa in the dark basement.
It was her first day back yet her 'family' made her do everything.
Cook, clean, do laundry, sweep the floors, iron the clothes, whatever comes to mind.
It was 3am and she was exhausted. Her family seemed so concerned and nice in the videos yet now they all seemed so nonchalant.
She kept reading the text Alex sent her over and over.
Should I go back? She asked herself.
Everything was so confusing. She didn't know what to do.
She groaned, threw her phone on the other end of the couch and slowly drifted off to sleep.
Her parents said they'd take her back to school.
Her first day was tomorrow
*time skip to tomorrow*
Bella let out a sigh as she looked at the school entrance.
She watched as teenagers her age walked in with smiles plastered on their faces.
If anyone looked at her from afar they'd think she was just like those other kids. But in reality she was anything but.
I wish my life was like theirs, normal and fun. Having no worries at all Bella thought as she slowly walked towards the entrance
Walking through the crowded hallways, she mumbled out 'sorry's' as she bumped into some people here and there.
Her heart began to race as she felt everyone's eyes on her as they whispered among themselves.
She quickly started to feel self conscious as she wished she could just disappear.
Bella stumbled as she felt someone jump on her back and giggle.
She looked back and raised her eyebrows.
That girl looks familiar she thought
Bella gasped as the girl gave her a tight hug.
Finally letting go she gave Bella a wide smile
"I knew you'd come back! I always told everyone but no one believed me! See I was right! I knew you were gonna be back!" The blonde girl squealed as a few tears formed in her eyes
"S-sorry. W-who are you?" Bella whispered
The girl frowned but quickly smiled again
"Katie! Your bff since we were like 10"
"O-oh! I saw you! In that video!" Bella smiled
"Oh...that one when you were missing" Katie scratched the back of her neck smiling awkwardly.
Umm Okay
"Come on! I'll introduce you to my friends! We are quiet popular so get used to the attention" Katie took Bella's hand and walked her through the hallway "first let's go see Matt"
