it was a calm evening for the boys volleyball team, they had just finished their practice and started to head home.
the third years, along with the second year setter sat themselves down on the train.
they were all chatting and having a good time when the second year asked a rather interesting question.
"bokuto-san... i was wondering" he paused, thinking of how to word his question as the third years looked at him, "is there a meaning behind your catchphrase 'hey hey hey' or is it just a simple way to get yourself pumped up?"
the group glanced at bokuto, who was smiling to himself while looking down. he stared into akaashi's stoic eyes and leaned back in his seat.
"let me tell you a story about this one girl..."
