Attack on Titan: 101st Cadet Corp (Alexander's POV)

Encounter

A/N: I have been revising *cough* procrastinating *cough* and the first time I wrote this I didn't use swears and in Attack on Titan the characters swear a lot so why not. I finally decided to pick up this story because season 4 of AoT is out and I have ideas and motivation. Sorry for those who have been waiting like what 6 months? for me to continue this (not that many of you actually read this mess of a project me and my friend started) Also xXItsArtsyXx has a new account because they got locked out of their old account. My name is Alexander and my best friend, Marie, and I are standing side by side with one person in between us. While waiting, I heard someone's voice boom from the front. They sounded strict and serious. I only came to become a Scout with Marie and explore out of these walls. I know being a Scout is dangerous but I knew how to survive and handle myself and besides, how is Marie going to make it if she doesn't get any help.

   "WELCOME CADETS TO THE 101st CADET CORP!" They said very loudly. I looked over to see Marie with a big smile on her face. I'm glad she was happy about this. I couldn't believe that we are actually going to become Scouts together. I hoped that one day I may find the truth.

      The truth. That's right, I was trying to find the truth but then about 4 years ago, I ran into Marie. That day is when Marie and I became friends.

      I was in the Shiganshina District in Wall Maria. I was only 8 years old back then. I never got to know my parents and probably never will. They left me behind or so I'm told. I was taken in by a group of people. They taught me everything I know and how to fight at an early age. They said I was a skilled fighter. Maybe even the best.

I was sent to Shiganshina to do some "business", get to the meeting spot, and get back home, finally after a year of being in Shiganshina. I wouldn't call it home but then again I had nowhere else to belong. Getting back home was not as simple as it sounds but I'll worry about that later. While I was "working", things got a little too messy but I was able to clean up the mess before it was time to head to the meeting spot. I was the leader or host of the meeting so I had to be there early and get things ready.

      I was walking down an alley to get to our meeting spot without getting noticed. It was easy not to get noticed because the Military Police don't do anything. 'The MPs these days, all they do sit around and goof off. They are so lazy. If only they knew how hard it was.' I thought to myself as I looked up at the sky. I hated the MPs with everything I had. I know that most people only join the Military Police to be tucked away in the interior.

I was almost there until a petite girl with brown hair took a sharp turn and bumped into me. She fell over on her back yelling "GAH!" She dropped her bread and I could hear her mumble to herself "Ow.." I picked up one of the pieces of bread and asked her "What are you doing?" She stood up and said "I'm running from the Military Police and Garrison." I gave her back the bread. "What did you do to make them chase you?" I asked. "I stole their bread," she said laughing nervously. 'Oh so now they decide to actually do something' I thought. "Alright, follow me" I said turning around and running.

      I could hear the MP and Garrison yelling so I look back to see how many were chasing us and there were only two. I thought there would be more chasing us but it doesn't matter.

We took a turn but it was a dead end. The MP and Garrison has caught up to us. I gave the MP a glare and he glared back at me. I knew this MP and the MP seems to remember me. A little while back he caught my friend stealing so I stepped in. We both remained silent for a bit. We stopped when the petite cleared her throat. "YOU little Missy! You have been causing us trouble for the past 3 YEARS," the MP complained, "And now we can finally put you behind bars."
