"Ow!" I heard Bea's cry of pain. I turned around...
Only to be knocked out.
"What the-" Those were my last two words before I passed out.
When I woke up, I was on the... on the ground? "Wha... What happened...?" I mumbled quietly.
"No clue. You were on the floor of Wyndon hospital unconscious..." The voice sounded very familiar. I got up and looked around . Bea was unconscious, her arm wrapped in a clean bandage, her face pale. She was shaking violently. "Is my sister okay?" I asked.
A girl stepped out of a meadow, smiling. She looked familiar. I jumped up, my wings slightly extended so I could grab Bea and take flight.
"Easy. I'm not going to hurt you," the girl said.
"Should I just take your word for it?" I growled.
