We all know about the town of Blairwood and it's half ghost, half human girl Erma and her strange adventures. Erma lives with her Yokai mother Emiko and her famous horror author father Sam Williams. Emiko ran away from her family in order to escape...
So the other Erma story I had tried, well I wasn't feeling it, so to make up for my own failures to you beautiful people is to give you all a long awaited Chapter! It's time to learn how Xander and Yori met one another!
Xander had been sitting in his bedroom as he was putting Mitsu and Momo to bed, Erma was in the room to as she wanted to have a sleepover in their room. "Hey dad could you tell us a story before we go to bed?" Mitsu asked as Xander's eyes widened in surprise at his daughter's request. "Of course Mitsu, but I don't think we have any story books on us." Xander said as he looked around the bedroom with a stumped look on his face. "Why don't you tell us how you and mom met dad? We still don't know anything about that!" Momo suggested as Mitsu and Erma both nodded their heads in agreement. "Is that really what you want? It's really not that impressive of a story." Xander said as he looked at the girls in surprise. "Please dad?" Mitsu and Momo said together as they gave Xander puppy dog eyes as Erma joined in on the little act as well. "These girls will never know how truly dangerous they are." Xander thought to himself as he let out a sigh of defeat. "Alright you girls win, but don't complain when your bored half to death by this." Xander said as he began to take him and the girls on a trip down memory lane to when he and Yori met.
Flashback 16 year old Xander Aarons sat at his hometown's locale diner for breakfast before he he had to go back home to work at his family's Italian restaurant. Xander's father, Dominick Aarons was born in America and married his mother, Lucia Aarons who moved to America from Italy. Xander let out a sigh before noticing a girl with almost unnaturally pale white skin sitting at a table by herself. Xander was not what most would call a ladies man, his mother would give him the business end of a wooden spoon if he dare hurt a woman in anyway. Xander just couldn't help but feel the girl was lonely. Yori Yureimoto sat alone in this quiet little diner as she was stopping in for a quick meal. Things at home had been stressful like always, Emiko had run away after an argument with dad and no one knew where she went. Yori didn't even know why she came to the human world, she just needed to be anywhere, but home right now. "You look like you need to get something off your chest, mind if I give you some company?" Yori looked up to see that a boy with Red hair, not ginger, but actual red hair with black tips sitting across from her with a smile on his face. "Is this how you flirt?" Yori asked in a snappier tone then she intended to respond with. To her surprise the boy just laughed at her rude behavior. "Are you crazy? My mother would give me such a beating with her biggest wooden spoon if I flirted with a girl who was hurting." The boy said as he laughed again, but this time Yori joined in with his laugh. "Xander Aarons, nice to meet you." Xander said as he extended his hand across the table to Yori. "Yori Yureimoto, it's a pleasure." Yori said as she smiled at Xander as she shook his hand. The two ordered breakfast as they continued to chat throughout the meal. Xander paid for their breakfast, much to Yori's protest before exiting the diner. "So you new in town? It's a pretty tight knit community we have here and I've never seen you around here before." Xander said as he turned to look at Yori. "Yeah, I'm just taking a break from my family. I love them, but things can never be calm for long in our house." Yori said with a sigh of frustration as she looked down at her feet. "Tell me about it! My big sister thinks she knows everything and my little brother can't go one second without experimenting in the kitchen." Xander said as he chuckled at his words. "How about I show you around town?" Xander said as he approached a motorcycle that was parked in front of the diner.
