"Wait"
I was immobilized onto the concrete floor when I heard the order. Well, it was not exactly an order but it quite alerted me.
"I wanna ask you something!"
He was eyeballing at my back. With shy movements I turned slowly just to face the bewildered boy.
"What?" I shortly asked.
"I know it's not my business or anything but..." he seemed quite indecisive whether he should speak or not.
"I heard that you dont belong on a team!" He declares after a second. My face didn't have an expression as I was quite baffled of what I should say.
I mean he just stated facts. It's not even a question.
"Yeah that's true!" I confirmed his assumption that happened to be interlocked with the harsh reality.
"Why?" He asks.
That is the most ridiculous question he asked me. Like... what do you mean why? That's not even a question...
Who am I kidding? I just despise the answer cause it always reminds me of who I really am after all.
"Big story" I playfully answered having some dejavus of the previous conversation.
"Let me guess!" He continued with that game of reenacting our convo a few moments back.
"Sure!"
"You are afraid!" He shortly claims already thinking he is right without letting me answer. He is correct! I am afraid.
"That's partly true! I am afraid..." I answered placing my bag on the bleachers looking at him.
"Why would you be afraid though? It doesn't make sense!"
He puts his index finger onto his jaw exposing himself into a deep thiking.
"A lot of reasons!"
"Com'on Shinwon! You are an amazing hockey player... You need to try to get on a team...! Its a pity not to!" He actually answered completely perplexing me.
"Why do you care? You are on a team! You are Jeon Jungkook!" I shortly made my point and he narrowed his eyebrows.
"You know me? Wow I am flattered that you do!"
"Why would you?"
"Cause you are the renegade!" He made me flustered, changing so many different shades of red.
"So what?"
"You are amazing Shinwon..." he tried to persuade me but something in me was still quite afraid of what I should do.
"You cant just ignore your talent... dont care about what others think of you! Dont care of what people will think. The only thing you need to care about is showing your amazing talent to the world... And they will love you!"
