Drawbacks: if he uses his Elemental Manipulation to much he will start to crack his skin which will result in bleeding. The drawback for Time is that he gets massive headaches. Then we have the drawback for healing. Whenever he tries to heal someone he will feel the pain that they felt while he is healing.
