~remember when you taught me fate, ~
"im still confused as to why I have to do this." hongjoong commented as he looked down at the blue silk shirt he was in. seonghwa scolded him keeping the younger male still.
" because, I watched the demon child with you for three days." seonghwa retorted. granted they had watched the baby over a week ago but he still held it against hongjoong.
" fair point."
"I know. now shut up you're distracting me"
hongjoong bit at his lip, sighing lightly. if you were confused about whats going on well let me fill you in. after jin had come to pick hueningkai up, hongjoong had offered to do one favor for seonghwa in return. well one of the models for seonghwa's campaign had quit on him last moment leaving him in desperate search for another.
at first he had picked everyone BUT hongjoong. he even asked jimin, the older politely declining saying he had to focus on his own campaign. seonghwa had considered being his own model but its hard being the host and a model so finally he asked hongjoong.
initially hongjoong declined not wanting anymore publicity but then seonghwa reminded him of their little deal and he had no choice but to accept the offer.
so here he found himself in one of the dressing rooms with stylist picking his clothing order and seonghwa..judging him. he wouldn't lie and say he didn't feel a little insecure and intimidated under all the gazes but it was to Late to back out now.
seonghwa sighed, getting up from his chair. hongjoong's head following his every move. " what? is-is there something wrong?"
seonghwa shook his head. " no, you're all set by the way. do you remember which order everything goes." asked seonghwa. timidly hongjoong nodded.
the event started in exactly an hour. and anxiety was creeping up his spine. this would be his first time appearing to the public on something other than a news report. and its not like it was his own campaign. it was seonghwa's, the man who just so happened to be his husband.
nervous was an understatement. he bit his lip softly. all of the stylist had left the room leaving just him and seonghwa. the older going to leave as well until he felt a soft hand shyly pull at his wrist. he turned around seeing hongjoong looking down at the ground, fear written all over his face. but he let hongjoong speak up first.
"seonghwa?"
seonghwa responded with a hum. " im...im scared, what if I mess up. i-i've never done this before."
seonghwa chuckled moving over to hongjoong before proceeding to tap the smaller on his head. an odd habit he picked up just to annoy the boy. " hongjoong, I wouldn't have picked you if I didn't think you could do it. all you gotta do is walk alright?"
