after lunch you walk to your locker to take some books for the next class.
you take science book, and then you feel someone tap your shoulder
"hey, zoey. right?" he said with a hand out
"that's me." you smile and took his hands
cold. that's what your first thought.
"i didn't get to introduce myself, i'm yeonjun" he said with a smile.
"yea i kinda already know you" you said while scratching your neck with an awkward smile.
"well then you have the same class as me so..wanna go together?" he ask.
"sure." you said with a smile.

the lesson has started and the teacher is teaching about science stuff which you didn't really understand.
"okay so i will go out for the campus teacher's meeting next week, you will have free class but i will give you guys a project" the teacher explain.
"i will pair you guys up" she start saying 2 names to be partner until..
"hwang zoey and choi yeonjun"
your heart skip a beat.
you look at the back searching for yeonjun who is already looking at you with a smile.
you smile back, you feel lost in his eyes.
he's just, different.
i never felt this way before, i never had a boyfriend because i'm pretty quiet and i never had thought about having one.
"okay guys! you have your partners, you will have to sit next to them so you guys can discuss about the project" the teacher explain
yeonjun start walking to your seat, well actually the table is for two but since you're new you don't have any seatmate yet.
"hey" he said.
"hi" you reply with a bit smile.
you guys start to doing the sketch for the project, the teacher said we will do a presentation about the microbiology thing, it sucks because i don't understand anything.
"so why do you move here?" he said while looking at you who's reading a book
"mother's work" you said while reading the book to find more source for the presentation.
"so do you like it here?" he said with struggling reading your mind.
'why i can't read her mind?'
yeonjun shrug it off and continue writing some points in his notebook.
"yea this is a very beautiful town" you said while looking outside the window and the sun reflects on your face, but then you look at him, he didn't do much just writing on his notebook but somehow that catches your attention long enough to make you stare.
without noticing you're staring at him for quite a while, his features, his eyes, his lips. its just so hard to resist, how can somebody be this perfect? god must be smiling when he's creating him.
"staring is not good you know" he said while still writing and form a little smile on his face
you notice and you quickly turns away and say
"s-sorry" GOD WHY AM I STUTTERING?!
"its okay" he turns to you and you notice it. you turn back well its your head that automatically turn.
you see his eyes its, changing color?
to..
gold? wait what?
"did you wear contacts?" you said still looking to his eyes.
he suddenly close his eyes while held his head and excuse himself.
"sorry i need to go"
YEONJUN POV
i go to the bathroom and stare myself at the mirror
"shit" i curse between my breath.
she sees my eyes.
i'm pretty sure i already try my best to hide them.
but why i can't read her mind?
i will ask taehyun about this.
BACK TO YOUR POV
the lesson has ended but yeonjun didn't come back yet so i just pack my things and walk out of the classroom.
i see dami and sohee walking towards me
"heyy gurrll how's your first day?" dami say.
"heyy um yea, its great" you said with a smile.
suddenly you hear a guy voice said.
"you should smile often you know" you turn to the guy voice behind you.
there he is.
yeonjun.
"t-thanks"
god whyy am i keep stuttering?!
he just smile and suddenly sohee and dami start squealing like a dolphin. seriously they're so loud t___t
"okay okay i will leave you guys! byee lovebirds!!" sohee said while pulling dami with her and parts away from you and yeonjun
"i will walk you home" he said.
"you don't even know where i live" you said while looking at him with confusion.
"i did some research, you live near the forest right?"
"yea how did you know?"
"well i live inside the forest with my brothers" he said while walking and you start to follow him.
you both keep walking and talk about random stuff until you arrive at your house.
"well this is my house, thankyou for walking me home" you said with a smile
"no problem" he said with the most beautiful smile you've ever seen.
you go inside the house and see your mom at the couch watching some news. oh? she's home already.
"this morning we found another dead body near the forest river with the same bite mark as before"
"how many times that this happen?" you ask your mom while taking your shoes off.
"its the 5th time already, you should becareful" she said while still watching the news. she didn't even look at you.
you didn't reply anything and just go to your room upstairs.
YEONJUN POV
i heard all the conversation between y/n and her mother and i quickly ran back home
i'm shocked because i already warn jake about this. yes, we all vampires but me and my brothers decided to stop drinking human bloods so we can live among them without bothering them.
jake is the only vampire who still drinking human blood. well not only him basically, Victoria's is also still drinking human blood.
