She dreamt of Aliens and woke with a scream
Monsters falling down to Earth, four by four
Drinking red seas of humans in a blink
Darkness spread like virus and hung aboveHer dusty brown wall-clock chimed 8-P-M
Fear-fueled, her heart tripled it’s marching speed
In thirty minutes, EARTH HOUR, The Aliens
Invading darkness, roaming, planting seedsThe whole world danced to music played for fools
Aliens buzzed right in, when we flipped the switch
For once, she spoke to God and prayed for two
For herself and the man she sees in dreamsThe old man in white silk clothes, feet like ducks
The one who warned “AT EARTH HOUR, leave lights on
