Its patience never thins, waiting, watching. Quietly festering in its comfortable cavity.
Sober and docile, only pacified by small offerings.
The more given is more taken.
The urge grows.
It is hungry.
It always wants more.
Denial is a fatal mistake, as it strips your tissue and drains your energy without consent.
Negotiations are invalid.
No privacy rests in your mind.

The motivation to consume is enough to thrust forward the corps of its former host.

In its desperation, it moves frantically.
Unnaturally, obscenely.
The threat of death is enough.
It reaches, it gropes indiscriminately.
Infection is inevitable, for the notion of consumption already lies within us.
Only an excuse is needed to devour.
In circumstances like this, it is justifiable to be carnivorous.
A new host is selected.
The hunger grows yet again.
