Chapter 8

I was tucking Judy in when I heared the house phone ring.
I kissed Judy goodnight and went to the phone.
Just as I entered I saw Ed and Lorraine at the phone. Ed turned to me and said "(Y/n), come with me we're going back to the house."

"What about Lorraine?" I asked.
"She's not coming."
"WHAT??" Me and Lorraine said at the same time.
"Lorraine, you're staying here to protect Judy." Said Ed.
"The only way to protect Judy is to stop this where it started or else she's going to latch on to us again!" Said Lorraine.

"That's exactly why me and (Y/n) are going."
"You think I'm gonna let you two walk into this alone?"
"I can't lose you..."
"You won't."
"Let's finish this, all three of us together."
I nodded at both of them and we ran to the car.

We were driving closer to the house with Brad and Roger.
We parked quickly and ran in front of the house.
I tried opening the door but it was locked.

"Locked!" I said.
"GET OUT OF THE WAY, GUYS!!" Brad said.
We turned to him and we saw him loading a shotgun.
We ran to the side of the door and Brad aimed the gut at the handle.
He shot the handle and the door swung open.
We ran inside and we heared screaming.

"CAROLYN, CAROLYN, ROGER!!!" Ed screamed, we turned to the celler door which was open and had the light on.
We ran inside and saw Roger holding Carolyn's hand which where was a pair of scisors and Drew trying to pry Carolyn's hand off of Christine.
"CAROLYN, NO, DON'T!!!"
"CAROLYN STOP!!!"
"NO, NO, DON'T!!!"

Everyone was screaming and it was mixed with Carolyn's tortured cries.
Me, Ed and Roger struggled trying to grab Carolyn's arms.
"BRAD HELP ME OUT HERE" I screamed trying to hold Crolyn's armed hand.
Brad grabbed the scisors and threw them away.
Me, Ed and Roger were holding Carolyn's arms while Brad held her legs.
"WE NEED TO PUT HER IN THE CAR!!"
"TO TAKE HER WERE?!?!"
"TO THE PRIEST FOR THE EXORSISM!!!"
"WAIT, WHERE IS APRIL?!?!"

We dragged Carolyn out of the celler while we tried to call for April to come out.
We stopped infront of the door where Carolyn's cries got louder.
I looked at her armes and they started to burn as well as her face.
"She won't let her leave the house." Said Lorraine.
"WHAT?? WHY?? WHAT DO YOU MEAN??" Screamed Roger.
"If we take her out the witch will kill her."

Suddenly she was yanked out of our grasps.
We turned to her and she was dragged away from us.
"ROGER!!!" She screamed for help.
She was suddenly dragged down the celler.
"CAROLYN!!!" We screamed.
We ran down the celler and saw her being trown around and crashed around old furniture.
When she was put down, me, Ed and Roger tried to hold her down.

She elbowed them in the face and turned to me and grabbed the scisors.
She jumped at me and she pulled my shirt to show my stomach.
She dragged and cut something on my stomach.
I screamed in pain and I grabbed the scisors threw them away.
She suddenly put her hands around my neck and squeezed.
I struggled for a few second and started to see black dots.
Just in time Lorraine put a sheet above her head and Carolyn let go of my neck.
I coughed for a few second.
I looked up and saw Roger, Ed, Brad and Lorraine trying to told Carolyn down ina chair.

"(Y/N), YOU STAY DOWN!!!!" Ed screamed.
I layed my back on the wall and grabbed my wound to stop the bleeding.
"WE NEED TO GET FATHER GORDON OUT HERE!!"
"HES TOO FAR AWAY, HE WON'T MAKE IT, LOOK AT HER!!!"
I heared Ed and Lorraine's voices quite down then Ed blew up.
"DAMN IT, LORRAINE, I'M NOT DOING THIS WHILE YOU'RE IN HERE!!!"
Ed said.
Then everything got a bit quiet.
Carolyn's screams are still heared.
I pulled my head up and saw Ed pulling his cross out and I did too.
Lorraine ran back with Ed's book and handed it to him.
"In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy spirit." Ed started.

He kissed his cross and turned to me and nooded.
I nodded back.
Ed started to speak in latin and when he splatered holy water Carolyn screamed really loudly and the whole celler started to shake. We paused for a few seconds and Ed continued.
In mid sentence a bird flew threw a small window throwing glass on Ed and Lorraine.

Carolyn started to shake and jump to get out of the chair.
"HOLD HER STILL!!!" Ed screamed.
I jumped out of my sitting position and grabbed Carolyn.
Lorraine and Roger as well.
"(Y/n), Ed told you to stay down!!!" Screamed Lorraine.
"I need to help, like it or not, Lorraine!!!" I screamed back. She looked at me for a few seconds and turned back to Carolyn to encourage her not to give up.
Carolyn started to gag and threw up blood on the sheet.
Roger heared his wife's desperate cries and tried to stop Ed from continuing.

"UNDERSTAND THIS, WE ARE NOW FIGHTING FOR HER SOUL!!!" Lorraine screamed at Roger.
"-IN SAINTS OF ALL THE ANGLES I COMMAND YOU TO REVEAL YOURSELF!!!" Screamed Ed.
The part of the sheet where her face is opened up to reveal a old and bloody woman.
She continued to scream for a few seconds as Ed continued the exorsism.
Suddenly she stopped struggling and hung her head low.
Everyone was quiet.
I threw myself away from Carolyn, Lorraine came to my aid and helped me up.
We were quite for a few second.

Carolyn started being lifted up in thin air.
We looked at her shocked.
Ed started stuttering while reading.
She shot her head up and looked at us.
Ed stopped.
She screamed and turned upside down and started banging in the ceiling.
"Put her down... PUT HER DOWN! PUT HER DOWN!!!" Screamed Ed.
The witch complied and threw her to the ground.
We ran to her to hold her.
I heared a screaching noise and turned around.

A closet tried to drop on Ed.
"ED LOOK OUT!!!" I screamed.
Everyone turned their heads at Ed.
The witch started laughing.
"HOLD HER STILL, DON'T LET HER UP OR WE'LL LOSE HER ROGER!!!" Ed screamed.
Me, Roger and Brad grabbed Carolyn.
Roger threw away the sheet and started threatening the witch while Ed continued to read his book.

The witch stopped laughing and slowly turned to Roger.
"She's already gone and now you're all gonna die." The witch said.
We heared a shotgun noise and a bang.
We turned to the noise and saw Brad throw Ed to the side.
Suddenly we heared Drew scream.
"I FOUND HER! SHES UNDER THE HOUSE, UNDER THE KITCHEN!!"
The witch heared that, grabbed the scisors and ran into a hole.

I ran after her and I heared screames of others telling me to come back.
Carolyn got threw a small hole which I also got threw easaly.
I saw her grab April and I ran behind her, grabbing her hand where she was holding the scisors.
I saw Ed and Roger come on both sides of the wall.
They started to reach for me and April.

Everybody was screaming.
"CAROLYN, NOOO!!!"
"BATHSHEBA!!!!" Screamed Ed.
She snaped her head at him and revealing her trues self and screamed.
"By the power of god, I condemned you back to hell." Ed said.
Bathsheba screamed again.
Lorraine touched her head.
"THIS IS YOU'RE DAUGHTER," Carolyn continued struggling while I held her still "YOU CAN'T GIVE IN!".
"WE NEED TO GET HER TO FIGHT FROM THE INSIDE!" Screamed Ed.
Roger and Lorraine told her soothing words and about her happy life with her children and her husband.

Carolyn stopped screaming and started crying.
She started hurling and threw up blood.
I threw myself to the side and everyone quited down.
